I was looking forward to this bagel shop opening right around the corner from where I live. Today I finally had the chance to try it. Here is why I regretfully have to give it two stars: prices are steep for what you are getting. I did not find the bagels to be anything special or fresh tasting. The service was mediocre at best. The people behind the counter could barely muster up a smile. Unfortunately, as much as I would like for this to become my local go to place, I will have to drive a little further and wait in a long line for that other bagel spot. read more

Nice looking place inside with a handful of seating inside and out. We got an Everything bagel with plain cream cheese Lox bagel w/ everything on an Everything bagel. The bagels looked super yummy but with the amount of seasonings on it, it kind of fell a little short on flavor somehow. Even with that, the bagels were still not too bad. Lox bagel was good but couldve used a little more capers and was kind of boring looking in the box with just the lox on top while the onions, capers, and tomatoes hid underneath. The real crime was this lox bagel was $16! East Coast Bagels on Culver is maybe a little over half of this price and the bagels are better every way. Really good, new bagel place in the area! The bagels were super fresh and doughy. The cream cheeses we got were really good - plain and chive (not a crazy chive flavor though). We loved the everything bagel and French toast bagel. The ambiance was a little interesting. Felt like a smoothly place and not a bagel place, but I think the interior is supposed to match their sister location in San Clemente that is really popular, so I guess I can understand that! This place is good, and this part of Woodbridge/Irvine really needed a great bagel place! So if you're on the fence, take the leap and help get this new bagel location off the ground! read more

Their bangles are delicious. You can taste they are freshly made everyday. I've had their Lowers and a regular jalapeño bagel with cream cheese. Their bagels are amazing perfect for breakfast, and lunch. My kids love them too and we get them pretty often. read more

Will go back to try other flavors however the customer service was what stood out. No friendly greeting, all three girls working looked like they didn't want to be there. Ordered too good to go from here. It was listed under "meals" so I thought it would be more, but it was just bagels in a bag. They gave a variety & were good, but should list it under "bakery goods" instead of meals. Bought a side of cream cheese, also good. The part that ruined it was the service. The girl at the register literally threw the bag on the counter, while on her phone, and said nothing to me. When ringing up the cream cheese, she continued on her phone. It was quite rude. I even still said "thank you, have a nice day" when leaving, and again, she said nothing. Just kept messaging on her phone. For that reason, I'd rather buy from elsewhere. read more
