The food here... WOW! We ordered #20, #12 and #8. Delicious! The portions are not skimpy at all. The restaurant is very clean, including the restroom. The decor is original. The woman who served us was very sweet. We also found parking to be quite easy. My family wants to go back soon!

I got the Pan con Bistec sandwich and the ham croqueta. The Bistec meat was very tough and dry. The bread on the other hand was good, nicely toasted. It came with a side of spicy sauce which did help a little. Potatoes chips were not bad. Croqueta was good, inside has creamy potatoes. It came with a side of the sauce which was not necessary as it is good by itself. There is a display case with some delicious looking puff pastries. I may try them next time I'm in the area!

Fun spot! Came here after I went to the dentist lol! Figured I would just grab a coffee. I've never had Cuban food before. I am so glad that the people that were already eating there told me how good it was! I ended up ordering the oxtail, Puerto Rican and Cuban Tamales. The oxtail came with rice and beans and I got a iced coffee. Everything was great! I want to try their garlic shrimp next time. I was not expecting there to be as good as flavor as there was! Everything was really good the coffee was lightly cinnamon flavor. My favorite was the Cuban Tamales. Definitely getting those moving forward from here. Great job and cool people! If you're there you can meet Poppy the owner! He is hilarious and super fun and you can hear that Cuban accent sounds like Andy Garcia :-) I also really enjoyed the music that they have playing it's very lively and even a couple was dancing

I absolutely can go on about this eatery. This spot is definitely a place for community to come together and have amazing traditional cuban dishes. The owners and workers are vibrant, communicative, and ready to serve. Beautiful murals across the walls and music that makes you want to dance. My team and I enjoyed everything about our meals and for some, was the first time trying cuban food. Amazing representation if you want to go the more authentic and traditional route.

Fried eggs, plantains, beans, chicharron and Inca cola. Be so for real! Amazing is an understatement! Clock that tea!!!

Number one the Owner super friendly, nice, and very personable. He makes you feel as if he has known you forever. Definitely family vibes when you walk in. Now lets get to the food. We love that it was home made and it felt like I was eating and my Aunts house fresh cuban food. Hot and ready to serve. My favorite thing was the pastelitos de carne. This was the main reason we stopped by to try this place and we came out trying other food and new foods. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon, not very busy and was helped immediately. We were also given a small sample of a green potato pork soup, which was delicious. Beans needed salt and my table had no salt/pepper shakers available. Both the lechon and chicharones plates were delicious. Potato balls were small and sadly over fried, but very flavorful. Great Latin music playing in the background. The owner is very friendly. We definitely will come back and try other things on the menu. Potato balls arrived to the table late, so no picture available. Before leaving, we couldn't resist trying one of their homemade pastries. If you haven't tried their guava and cheese pastry, it will not disappoint!

Recently stopped in to try this hidden Gem. I have to say I'm very happy I did. The food was very flavorful and the ambiance delivered by Gio and the staff was very welcoming. The shop ordered lunch for the crew today and we landed on Cuban. I got the King Cuban sandwich with fried plantains. All our orders arrived correctly. The sandwich was stuffed with so much meat that was so tasty. The plantains were delicious as well. I would order this again.

Holy moly... what a find! This place truly is a gem! Let's start off with the pros The food is absolutely insanely delicious! I'm not even being nice enough saying that. I was in awe of the sandwich, soup, and empanada. The service.. don't get me started. The owner is absolutely awesome! This is the type of owner that brings the right type of ambience. I was in the area and was craving Cuban food and The Cuban Hut popped up on my Yelp feed. Thank goodness!! I decided to get the Ropa Vieja and it did not disappoint! The plate came with rice, plantains and beans. I was also given a complimentary lentil soup that had bits of pork and it was yummy. The Ropa Vieja was seasoned very well and was complimented greatly with the rice, beans and plantains. The flavors all came together. If I lived in Temecula I would definitely e a regular. A+++

It's a prized hole in a wall restaurant worthy of your visit... and your regular patronage. We discovered the awesome new owner, Jose, and his great crew offering new authentic Cuban dishes (closely similar to Filipino cuisine). I first tried the Chicharron de Puerco (Porkchop) - 5 STARS! On the next visit, we tried the OXTAIL (oh my goodness!) - 5 STARS! Third visit: I tried Bistec de Salsita (Beef with Onions) - 5 STARS! Hubby is obsessed with the Oxtail and Sopa de Pollo (Chicken Soup). JOSE is such a warm, friendly, and caring restaurateur. He serves customers on a very personal level. We enjoy chatting with him as he is with all his customers. FOOD TIP: Eat your meat of choice with the fried plantain banana - someone gave me that tip, and it sure does bring the best flavor of the dish! Went for early lunch. She ordered the Sandwich Pepe"s old clothes, or something like that, she raved about. but felt this time it was just micro waved.. I had what the Chef recommended, which was delicious but shockingly small for a six foot three inch male. Two sodas, a sandwich and a delicious but small portion rice, 3/4 cup of wet black beans, delicious; a shredded beef layer on the rice with amazing verde sauce. total $50.. My wife and I just got transported back to our old stomping grounds in Union City, affectionately known as Little Havana in New Jersey. The first time I asked if they could put plátanos in the lechón sandwich to fulfill a craving I was having. They did and it was delicious. Totally recommend you try it! We were so hyped we tried a little of everything! 2 empanadas (chicken and ropa vieja) I had the Cubano sandwich and my fiancé had the Media Noche (cubano on egg bread) and a side of platanos (fried sweet plaintains) The flavors explode in your mouth! Just bought the original Cuban sandwich here in Temecula the place is small and quaint and for those that want to get away with their girlfriend or wife this is the place to be enjoy a great meal morning afternoon and night the service is great .Customer service is great and the sandwiches are to die for. The sandwich is delicious and the aroma can't even be described it is wonderful. Read the reviews when we were looking for sandwiches. A good deli really makes the difference, since we aren't near LA this required research and I'm glad we found this place. It's tucked in the park to the right and it's a little confusing since the door says they're closed Sundays (it was Sunday) but the open sign was on and someone exited. Cute and intimate inside, lots of regulars. A bit on the warm side. Tried the tamale and churros too. Make sure to get extra sauce if you like spicy. Super friendly staff and delicious sandwiches! Review during Covid Drove by this spot a few time and finally here today to try it. I like it. Dine in is available. Everyone was super friendly and patiently answer all the question i have cause is my 1st time having Cuban food. I ordered a few items to try and they all are good. Oh. My. Gosh! You need to run to this location. Do not lock. It is hands-down, the best, Cuban food, and the best sandwich, a Cubano that I have ever had in my life. I loved it so much. We ended up waiting another hour before being seated elsewhere. If the restaurant knew the odor outside was that bad, they shouldn't have been seating guests in that area. The smell can make it impossible to enjoy a meal, and the way our request was handled left a negative impression. Hopefully, they can improve both the seating arrangements and the customer service in situations like this.

I have recently moved out to the Temecula area & I would have to say that Cuban Hut is one of the best Caribbean restaurants out this way. As soon as you step into the restaurant, you feel as if you stepped into Cuba itself. The roar of the trumpets and the banging of the drums out the speakers will have your hips moving to the register. AWESOME menu choices from sandwiches to dinner plates and all the favorite Cuban desserts you want. And those Plantains, PERFECTO! The Owner is extremely nice and the staff is always friendly. Greeting us as we come in and waving goodbye when we depart. I bring all my family and friends to this hidden gem & they love it. I write this with all sincerity....BEST CUBAN FOOD since my abuelita's. Cuban Hut blows away the competition! The owner (Jose or Papi as his employees call him) is genuinely an amazing man. So humble and giving and A TRUE CUBAN! Ordered a Lechon plate and a Cuban sandwich. Lechon is out of this world perfection and a huge portion. Cuban sandwich has all the check boxes checked for excellence. Restaurant staff very chill and helpful. Cannot stop raving about this place to all that will listen. He also let us try some mamey smoothies while we were waiting and they were delicious. enjoyed the Salsa music and the murals, which added to the atmosphere.
