I love their steak bites! They are not overly cooked and chewy. They are perfectly seasoned. You can choose your own salad toppings, or, go with one of their own salad bowl concoctions. Whatever you do, I would always suggest adding the crunch like onion whisps or toasted garlic chip. My favorite dressing is the creamy cilantro. They do not drown your veggies with dressing either. I opened my bag at home and there was not a single chunk of chicken in any of the bowls. Not one piece. I called and spoke with an employee, she took my name and number down and I hoped to hear from Managment, two business days later and not a call. A simple phone call would have been the right thing to do. Did customer service go missing along with my chicken? I first tried this place when looking for a healthy but yummy lunch spot. I like the size options of the bowls and the variety of mixing. You can do half rice and half lettuce, all lettuce, brown rice or white rice. My mom and I were impressed. So I wanted to try this place again with the rest of the family. We ordered several bowls for pick up on their website. I wish it was more clear what was in all of their signature bowls as only some of them have full descriptions. This made ordering a little longer. I was really disappointed when I saw a sign when I drove up for buy one bowl get one half off between 4-8pm and I just paid full price in the app. Since it was my birthday I decided to brush it off, but I won't order from their website again since the prices don't match any specials they may be offering. Everyone liked their bowl but the second time wasn't as fabulous as the first. The portions are excellent and filling, and it's a great option when you can't get home to have a vegetable with dinner. My husband mentioned the bowl was not good as leftovers the next day. We will keep that in mind when we are choosing what size bowl to get for our hunger level. My only complaint was that it was such a small portion I ordered two cups for dinner & another thing i was disappointed in was that it wasn't spicy. I got a bowl with somewhat Greek inspired toppings, salad base, steak bites, feta, cucumber, red onion, garlic sauce, etc. It was a winning combo. My spouse got the spicy buddha bowl off their menu and he liked his as well. However, all the menu bowls are large size, so he ended up with lunch the next day. I was able to select a regular size and it was just the right amount of food. I also love that they have online ordering for contactless pick up, but I do kind of wish they had an app. I've had the website struggle on mobile, and I can't always get to a desktop to keep things easy.
