The service is good but the chicken wings are the best I've ever had. I even went to school in Buffalo. They are double fried so the outside is really crispy but the inside is still tender. I don't remember if they have buffalo hot sauce but they do have a few and I like their Korean sauce the best. They have a chicken wing special for $1 a wing limit 15, but check if the special is still going on. They also have a few flat screens as well so you can watch so sports while you eat some wings. read more

Bonchon a really good Korean fried chicken restaurant. I feel like you can't go wrong with Bonchon. It's not the best Korean fried chicken to me but it is for sure in my tops and up there. My favorite is wing wing but thats in London. The parking is good here and I never had to wait too long to be seated. The soy garlic chicken hits the spot when you want something fried. You feel the crunch from the batter and the juicy chicken when you bite in. Nom Nom. The ambiance is cool as i like how it shows where they have restaurants open in different cities. Let me begin to say that I DO NOT give 1 star very often and I can count on one hand for those reviews, but last night this place definitely was a 1 star rating. If I could give less than that I would. Placed an online order for $100 worth of food for the family and it was scheduled to be completed and ready for pick up in 30-40 minutes. We came at the 40-minute mark giving them more time to put together our meal. Husband walked in to check and they told him it wasn't ready yet so he walked out to us while we were at another shop getting dessert. Came out and they told us to give them another 10 more minutes which we did. Almost 90 minutes from the time we placed our order and waited way pass the extra 10 minutes they told us still no food. They gave some poor excuse that the kitchen had issues with the fire. They have a restaurant full of people and they have an issue with cooking??? If I was there in person to sit down and eat and had to wait over an hour for my food with no food I would be upset. Moving on, we canceled the order and asked for a refund and they couldn't figure it out stating that we can look at our credit card statement in a couple of days to see if our refund got returned. And even then getting someone to inform us on that took a while too. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of transparency and horrible service. read more

I love the Bon Chon fried chicken and you can read my previous review about the food. However, the service I had was one of the worst. I put in an order of a medium combo (8 wings, 4 drumsticks) for Superbowl Sunday for 3 pm. I bet there at 3 pm and was told that all orders were backed up and it was going to be ready by 3:40. This is understandable. I waited until then and came back to be told that it was going to be here at 4. At this point most people left and we were patiently waiting. I understand that they are backed up and it's a busy day. Then I saw a girl come in and her order was 3:15. The guy said we're back up, but ended up giving her order to her. Now it's 4:30, an hour and half after our order time and we went to talk to them just to find out that they said we will now double fry your chicken but it will take another 30 minutes. Please, just let me know earlier so I didn't have to waste my time and miss half the Superbowl. Absolutely bad customer service and they think they can make it up just by giving a $20 gift card. KFC: I really do think that Korean Fried Chicken deserves the acronym KFC more than anyone else. The wings are double fried, which locks in the juiciness on the inside and makes the skin crispy like the top of a creme brulee. The soy garlic sauce is sweet, tangy, and sticky. Bibimbap: The bibimbap is brought out in a hot stone pot. The rice is a little crispy on the bottom of the pot. It is topped with a little beef bulgogi, fried ribbons of egg, bean sprouts, carrots, and nori seaweed. Bibimbap is a configurable dish and can easily accept substitutions. Here, atypical substitutions include lettuce and quinoa. The gochujang sauce comes in a plastic sachet. After stirring it up, the flavors and textures are pretty good. read more

I really wanted to like this place :( the first time I came here with my family about 6-7 months ago it was great! We ordered the half and half strips drumsticks, everything with the flavoring was on point and the portions were of good size and it was moist and scrumptious. This time around, we ordered the same thing, but this time it was so dry and the chicken tasted, felt and looked refried or something. I did call to get it refunded, which they were very accommodating and even offered me the same order for free at a later date, I took their offer and figured and hoped it was just an off day...but sadly it was exactly the same. I'm sorry, I really wanted to like this place, especially because they were so kind, but I have to be honest, it's all about the food, right? So that's why I gave them 2 stars. read more

Came 01/17/26. It was not a busy Saturday afternoon. Aside from us, 2 other customers were being served at another table. The server took our order at 3:30 pm. We got our food past 4:30 pm. It took them more than an hour to serve our food. They did not even bother to update us on why it's taking so long. The female server (Asian-looking, long hair) was so rude. We had girl dinner here because my baby niece loves chicken so we tried this for the first time and it was 10/10!!! We got served by Henry and he was so sweet and made my niece feel so special. Came on a Sunday and it was severely understaffed. The fries were cold and we waited 30 minutes later on a to go order. They offered a water while we wait but they didn't try to make it right waiting that long, normally places offer a fry, or something for the inconvenience. After dealing with the LA wildfires all week and being near so many of the evacuation zones, I was looking forward to enjoying a meal outside my home with a friend of mine who was visiting. I brought my small service dog along since she has also been trapped indoors the entire week with the poor air conditions & placed her Service Animal vest on. We were very disappointed to be turned away from the restaurant for having a service dog with us. I explained to the gentleman employee at the front how it is California law to not require service dogs to be registered and that staff is not allowed to ask for documentation nor ID. They refused to seat us (the restaurant at that time was maybe at half capacity, not that that should be a determining factor) and we ended up eating elsewhere. I would highly recommend this establishment check the most up to date regulations when it comes to service animals so they're not faced with a lawsuit. I was very much looking forward to dining here with my friend who's visiting from out of town and having an escape from the extremely turbulent climate we're all currently living through. I've dined with my service animal several times and have never been met with such negligence and disrespect as I did today. I will sadly not be trying this location nor recommending to any of my foodie friends for their poor behavior, lack of respect, and miseducation with the ADA, Americans with Disabilities Act. We also ordered bulgogi fries and liked how thick the fries were cut because it paired well with the thinly sliced bulgogi. Love coming here for their chicken. I came here several times here and always had great experience with all the food I had. We get the half and half since my husband likes the spicy flavor and I like their garlic soy flavor. The chicken is crispy and flavorful. I love that the chicken drumstick and wing are not small and a decent size. We got the tacos before and it was good. We tried the sliders and it is a delicious bulgogi meat. The place also offer beer for dine in which is nice to eat with the chicken. Overall a great place for some Korean chicken cravings. read more

Amazing food, despite my low rating, they make some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Beats so many korean fried chicken places out there. Very, very good. However, watch out - they ALWAYS get our to-go orders wrong. Make sure you DOUBLE CHECK. There have been 3+ times where they have forgotten a crucial, absolutely necessary item from our order, and so we are all left to fight over the remaining few yet delicious chicken drumsticks that they make so well... it is torture... no one wants to drive back... Hopefully they work on this, but they are just very popular and have a high volume of orders. As you can tell, this has not stopped us from still returning to order because the few drumsticks that we are left with are still top notch. I give the quality - four thumbs up, including my big toes as thumbs. Just make sure to always double check if you pick-up. The staff are still usually very helpful. They usually try to offer some type of credit or resolution when this is addressed. I don't end up redeeming this, but helps show they have good customer service at least. read more

Once they messed up my order or accidentally gave it to someone else an we had to wait quier a while but once they realized their mistake they were apologetic and gave us free soft drinks as we waited. More like 4.5 but I'm rounding up. This is a good spot for some KFC (Korean fried chicken). Inside they had a decent amount of seating and some TVs. My friend and I got the family meal (12 wings, 6 drums, fried rice, fries, and coleslaw). The fried rice and fries were ok. I'm not really into coleslaw so I didn't touch much of that. The chicken was delicious though! Perfect blend of crunch and juicy chicken. We got the half and half. Loved the soy flavor. The spicy wasn't spicy at all though. It was good but could have used some hot sauce. My only complaint, that's not a family meal. My friend and I crushed it. It should be called a 2-fatty meal instead.
