They have an amazing chimichanga here. Good food & good drinks. Waitress was nice & attentive. Scenery is really cool.

Great service!! Our waiter Jordon A. was awesome!!! He had a full load on his plate with several tables seated around the same time and managed to take care of all his guest with great service! If you are wanting a drink I would recommend the Jalapeño Pineapple Rita! The food is good and came out in a timely manner!

I used to love this place, but I'm done with it. I couldn't be more grossed out. After finishing my food, I noticed something strange with the spoon I had been eating off of, and realized it was two spoons stuck together. When I peeled the top spoon off from the one underneath it, I realized to my horror and disgust that it had food on it from the person who used it before me, and was causing it to be stuck together. (It was stuck together with what looked like cheese sauce, which I didn't even have, so it couldn't have been mine) I talked to a manger about it who offered me a card for a free dinner but finally in so disgusted I have no interest in ever going back.

We always love coming to chewy's. I had tacos, El Carbon, which was really good taste like it was grilled on the fire. My daughter had chicken enchiladas with tomatio sauce. They had rock music playing. It's a little loud and a little too rocky for me. When I go to a Mexican restaurant, it's nice to hear Mexican style music our server was Dylan. She was good, but never asked if we wanted more water. If you go during happy hour, which is 3 to 6 PM they have some good deals. The queso was five dollars instead of eight you know we'll be back sometime soon.

The staff working there were also really nice, especially the one helping us out. I forgot to catch his name, but you'll probably spot him in one of the pictures. He was super sweet and helped us decide what drinks to get. All of my dogs really enjoyed it too. I didn't ask, but I do wish they had some kind of dog menu so they could enjoy something too. They do have cold water for the dogs though, which was really nice. It was pretty hot when we went, but they had fans going all around, and if you want, they also have indoor seating. Overall, it's just a really vibey place and I always enjoy coming here.

I ordered the grilled salmon with the chard broccoli, coconut rice, and I added aside of the zucchini and squash. For the positives - the hostess and the bartender who took my order were both very professional and friendly. The bartender answered some questions that I had about the menu and she made some suggestions (the coconut rice being one of them). The restaurant is very clean, bright and open. Casual and welcoming ambience. The turnaround time for my food from being placed to receiving it was very quick. I was probably at the very beginning of what their dinner rush would be so that probably had something to do with it as well. Unfortunately, the quality of food I received was far less than what I had expected. I had asked for the salmon to be cooked well done and with salt and pepper only, not their seasoning blend. The temperature and texture of the salmon was good, but not only did they use their special house blend seasoning. It was so oversalted that it became an edible. I was able to scrape out a few pieces in between the chard top and bottom, but I had to throw the majority of it away. It was literally like eating a block of salt. The salmon at Luna Grill is 1000 times better cooked than what I had at this restaurant tonight. The coconut rice, while it smelled delicious, was severely undercooked - the first bite I took had raw rice pieces. Rice should not be crunchy. Had to throw that out. The zucchini and squash were OK but again on the over salted side. I was able to eat some of it but the rest also I had to throw out. The only item that I ordered - the charred broccoli - was cooked well and was seasoned properly. It's a little frustrating to spend 35 $40 on a meal only to have to throw 80% of it away because it's an edible. Extremely disappointed and will most likely not return.

We were seated outside without being asked if that was our preference, and the location felt isolated with little to no ambiance, which took away from the celebration. Our service also left a lot to be desired. Our waitress, Izzy, made us feel rushed throughout the meal instead of allowing us to enjoy the occasion at our own pace. After we got home, I spoke with Isaac, the manager, about our experience. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely took the time to address our concerns. His excellent customer service made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated the way he handled the situation. Although our initial experience was disappointing, Isaac's commitment to making things right gave us confidence to give the restaurant another chance. We look forward to our next visit and hope it reflects the level of service we know they're capable of.

Food was kind of late getting out, so Ayonna comped us the Bougie biscuits appetizer - they were fantastic. The blueberry, cinnamon, & salted caramel butters were equally amazing. Juices were flavorful, but didn't taste fresh-squeezed - still good. The Carnitas hash was served steaming hot, packed with flavors. Wow! Ask for extra onions. A lot of food! My latte with oatmilk featured weak tasting coffee. Lattes need a nice strong brew. My entree of chicken and waffles was lackluster. I went with the boneless chicken and it was plain with very little flavor except for the huge pile of maple syrup under the chicken. The chicken sitting on top of a lot of maple syrup was unpleasant for me. My waffles looked amazing, but tasted bland and were dry and lukewarm. The hubby's food of chicken benedict also fell flat on flavor. Again, the dish was presented, beautifully, but food should always taste as good as it looks. Maybe we came on an "off day" for flavorful food? Well, like I wrote, service was stellar and the space does have a nice vibe. I just wish our food and drinks had been equally satisfying.

Ethan was our server and we had lots of questions and he answered a lot of questions we had about the sauces and he answered them well. I had the tony's steak meatball with the Parmesan cream sauce and gnocchi and it was to DIE for. I also would like to try basil pesto or vodka sauce but the cream sauce was so insanely good with the pillowy gnocchi that I just don't think I could bear to not get it every time. I definitely would try the sausage meatballs, which my husband got and they were good. The steak meatballs were good but I really like steak-- I think it needs to be your thing. First thing we were told was that the Nonna's garlic bread was not available. Disappointing but we moved on. Ordered 2 of the Pentolino (Little Pot) meatball samplers. One with marinara one with bolognese. They weren't dry but they were all just okay. Mid at best. I also did not care for the bolognese. The Cibatta bread that came was also too charred for us. It had a strong charcoal taste that we didn't care for. They also no longer serve sliced steak. You can only get the meatballs. 4 of us ordered the Tony's steak meatball, truffle mushroom sauce with Gnocchi. We ordered it because that's what my son was raving about. I don't know what happened between visits but he took his bite first, made a face and apologized to us. Then I took a bite. First of all, the truffle flavor was waaaaay too much and tasted artificial (like commercially prepared truffle oil). But the biggest disappointment was the Gnocchi. I would bet a kidney that there was absolutely zero potato in that dense chewy "dumpling " whatsoever. It was hands down the worst Gnocchi I have ever eaten. It tasted and looked like folded over pappardelle with the consistency of super dense pasta. It was so bad my daughter in law asked for something different and I just didn't eat mine. Eventually she got the chicken parm meatball with spaghetti. We all tried a bite. Again, it was okay but I've tasted better at chain restaurants. And I'm Italian so that's saying something. I don't know if we got them on an off day or what but after spending over $200 for 4 people for lunch, none of us will be returning.
