Needless to say he left and we took our car to Novato Chevrolet where they provide excellent customer service. This experience was so bad that I called and left message for the service manager. I have not heard back from him. I also called GM Corporate. If you are in a SERVICE business, you should be prepared to deal with customers and not be rude. They actually laughed at him. I'll start by saying I really don't enjoy buying a new car. I find it to be stressful and confusing. After test driving 5 cars, a friend suggested a Chevy Equinox. I'd never heard of that before so I thought what the heck and went to Concord Chevrolet. I was greeted by Ramen who asked if he could help me with anything. I told him I was interested in test driving the Equinox. He showed me the floor model and answered all of my questions. We went for a test drive and I immediately knew this was the car for me. It helped that Ramen didn't give me the hard sell, which I got from other dealerships, he just worked with me and seemed to actually care that I got the car that I really wanted. I completed the paperwork with Lisa, who was also efficient and personable. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had.
