I usually come for the churrasso experience but today I wanted to try out the happy hour bar food. Aside from some food items being forgotten, the food we did receive was delicious. It took a while to get half our order bc of a kitchen mix up but everything ended up being good. The burger and fries were delicious and only $10! The only notes I have is that the chicken sliders came with two sliders and one of the sliders only had chicken for half the slider. We were also charged for yucca fries they forgot to give us and we ended up just not getting them. To make it up to us and bc it was my bfs birthday, they gave us a free dessert and we chose the tres leches which was a 10/10. The ambiance was very nice and the decor was nicer than a casual restaurant.

Came for the experience even though I was aware of the potential problems. The unlimited salad bar was the highlight for me and is the only redeeming factor of the restaurant and justifies the high costs of everything else. Kitchen was very slow, as expected. The burrata took over an hour and a half to arrive. A cut of cauliflower is $45. In general, if you don't do AYCE, the value won't feel worth it.

I had a terrible experience at another location 3 years ago where our waitress disappeared, so it was frustrating to have something similar happen again here. We originally planned to order the Indulgent menu for three to get the lobster tail. Our waiter suggested doing two churrasco dinners plus the seafood tower instead, saying we'd get more seafood for about the same price. I mentioned we also wanted the free dessert that comes with the Indulgent menu, and he reassured us, "I got you on desserts." We appreciated the deal. However, about 20 minutes later, he completely disappeared, likely having clocked out. When we were ready for dessert, we had to flag down another staff member, who said she didn't know who our waiter was or where he went. She initially told us she could only offer one free dessert, which wasn't what we had been promised. Eventually, a manager stepped in and honored it, which we appreciated. Still, it was concerning that no one seemed to know who our server was. If shifts are ending, there should be a proper handoff instead of just leaving tables unattended. Service felt rushed as shifts were ending. When we asked for more cheese, one staff member seemed reluctant, then later dropped off a full plate of something else when I only wanted one piece. She clocked out and left at the same time as us. The ambiance was nice, but I was surprised my clothes smelled afterward. This didn't happen at a way smaller location I've visited. Food was mostly good, with a few misses. No one brought us filet mignon until I specifically requested it near the end. The biggest disappointment was the "seafood tower," which turned out to be more of a basic seafood plate. For $112 (before tax), it was very underwhelming, bland, overcooked, and chewy, with no sauces to complement it. We came for the steaks but ended up spending a good 20-30 minutes on seafood that was completely tasteless. I'd never get seafood here again. This could have been a 5-star experience if not for the service issues and the disappointing seafood.

Been a couple times for the churrasco and it was fantastic. If you are slightly less hungry, I highly recommend happy hour in the bar. They have a picanha burger that's delicious and my favorite two options are the 8 oz filet and the beef rib. Both are surprisingly good deals at $17.50 for the filet and $15.50 for the beef rib! It's also all day happy hour with $10 cocktails, $8 glasses of wine, and $6 beers all day (fantastic for Bellevue!). Great place to grab a bite after work and catch up! Everyone that works here is really nice and the space is huge and upscale. Great, large marble bar!

Went to Fogo de Chão for a friend's birthday, and overall it was a mixed experience. The meats were unfortunately very salty--like the kind of salty that almost hurts your tongue after a while. That said, I really enjoyed the Market Table (side bar). There were a lot of great options, and everything there tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was also a highlight--everyone was super friendly, and some of the staff were joking around, which made the experience feel more personal and fun (especially with everyone coming around with the meats lol). Not perfect, but still a memorable birthday dinner!

I came here on a Friday evening for an anniversary, and it was a good experience. As usual, the service was solid, and we ordered food à la carte instead of getting the Churrasco experience for once. We ordered the tomahawk steak, lobster mac and cheese, and my favorite, pao de queijo (cheese bread) on the side. The pao de queijo came out first and they gave us three orders of it, which I thought was very generous, absolutely delicious, and so fresh from the oven. Since the tomahawk and lobster mac and cheese were taking a while to arrive, they offered us complimentary access to the market table, so I grabbed some food there to tide me over until our food arrived. In my opinion, we weren't waiting that long for the food, maybe about 15 minutes. Maybe they felt bad for us since all the servers for the Churrasco experience were walking around with really yummy looking food. Either way, I really appreciated the gesture and our food arrived shortly after. The tomahawk steak was very good, and it was cool that the block they served it on kept cooking the meat so you could cook it to your preference before eating, and it kept the meat warm. The lobster mac and cheese was alright, glad we tried it this time but don't think I'd get it again. The cheese seemed a little dry and it was a bit too heavy on the crunchy breadcrumbs. Since this was an anniversary, they gave us a complimentary dessert of our choice. We ordered the crème brûlée, and a chocolate lava cake arrived at our table instead. Not a big deal since I love chocolate and ice cream, but I was looking forward to trying the crème brûlée. Guess I'll just have to come back haha. All in all, it was a great dining experience for an anniversary.

I feel mixed in writing this review and would give it a 3.5 rating if I could. It was my first time trying Fogo de Chao - I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses but this was my first time with this chain. Since I hadn't been before, I decided to do the full churrasco to try the various types of meat. The meats seemed to circulate at an uneven pace - I would either have nothing on my plate or four types (not sure if that was due to cooking time or what). Some meats (sirloin, ribeye, house picanha) were delicious and others were overdone and dry. My main issue was with the service. A couple people from my table pointed out that there was mold in the raspberries in the market table/buffet and nothing was done about it. This is a health code violation and should be taken seriously. I understand the star of the meal and priority is the meat but the buffet needs to be tended to as well. Anyway, after a couple mentions there was finally follow up that the raspberries had been cleared/taken away so there shouldn't be any issues. Someone (possibly a manager) offered us comped desserts for the issue but that wasn't really the point. Not sure I would return but if I do, at least it's in a convenient location!

Although we have Fogo back home, this was my first time trying it! Similar to other Brazilian steakhouses, they have guys that come to your table with different cuts of meats for you to choose from. My personal favorites were the filet and picanha that were both very meaty and tender. I also love the wide variety at the salad bar to help pair with the meats. Good quality meats with lots of variety but was similar to other Brazilian steakhouses I've been.

Signature drink of Brazil. Similar to a mojoto

We went for an early dinner last Friday. They were offering 50% off the full Churrasco meal for veterans. I think that is one of the many pluses for this restaurant There were four of us. 3 adults and a toddler. The entrees includes the salad bar and the Feijoada Bar. The salad bar includes smoked salmon slices that my granddaughter aged 5 couldn't get enough of along with fresh pineapple slices. She also loved the beef off of the beef rib bone that I ordered off of the bar menu (this menu is offered all day) We all enjoyed our dinner, and will continue to gather for family meals here A bit pricey but good for dining on "special" occasions. Highly recommend this establishment

We were at the mall and decided to stop by Fogo de Chão for their all-day happy hour -- and I'm so glad we did! We grabbed seats at the bar and ordered a Skinny Caipirinha and a Passion Fruit Caipirinha. Both were absolutely fantastic -- strong, balanced, and just $10 each. The bartender was a total pro and even brought over some complimentary Brazilian cheese bread. We also ordered a plate of yucca fries, which paired perfectly with the drinks. It ended up being the perfect happy hour -- great cocktails, tasty bites, and a fun vibe. Hands down, the best Caipirinhas in town. Don't miss the skinny one!

Ask the Community - Fogo De Chao

    Where is the parking lot?

In the south tower, Fogo validates for 3 hours

What hours is their brunch menu available?

How much is the salad bar?

Usually the salad bar is included with either the lunch and dinner menus. But for just the salad bar, my guess it's the same.

    Do they have highchairs?

    Yes, they have high chairs.

Does this location have problems with reservations? Do they overbook parties or something because even with a reservation the wait times are horrendous. I expect to wait 10 - 15 min, but not 45-60 min. This has happened twice already and I'm just?

Yes. Have been waiting for 40 minutes now past our reservation time, and spent some of the time reading reviews. Clearly this is a pattern despite replies from the restaurant claiming they will do better.

Does everyone at a table HAVE to choose the all-you-can-eat experience if only one person wants all-you-can-eat? Could the other members at the table order an entree or the salad bar?

No, not everyone has to do the full rodizio experience. People can definitely order entrees or just do the salad bar if they want.

The server will cook your choice of meat to your liking! Our party of four had the whole range of preferences and the servers even went out out of their way to remember what every individual preferred.

If my reservation is at 4:15PM, does that count as dinner or lunch? If we choose the all-you-can-eat option, how long can we stay? Thank you.

That would be dinner and the website says 2 hours but as long as your still having drinks, dessert and having fun they won't kick you out.

If we park at Lincoln Square, is parking validated? If so, for how long? Thanks!

On the weekdays if you leave after 8 o’clock it’s free. Even if you come in before 8 o’clock as long as you leave at 8:01 the gates are open. Weekends are free. They do validate at the restaurant which covers most all of your charge unless you’re…

Is there any difference in the full churrasco for lunch and dinner? Also is there any difference for Sunday brunch?

I've been here several times and of course the difference between lunch vs dinner and Sunday brunch, besides the prices, is the amount of food available in their salad bar.…

Is the meat halal? It says on ZAbihah.com that its partially halal

It's basically all you can eat, correct?

Yes, it is all you can eat (both salad bar and main meat, meat, and more meat items) which is why it is so pricey. But they come out with the lower grades of cuts first. Ask the servers what they have and try to choose those prime cuts. If you want…

    How much per person?

Hi Jay J. at Fogo Bellevue they charge $51.95 for the Full Churrasco Experience dinner or $26.95 for Market Table only. Full Churrasco Experience is $36.95 on the weekends for brunch,…

I noticed that there was the option to order headless shrimp for those of you who are squeamish about shrimp heada. The chef cooks really fast; so, we were impressed. Food quality: we ordered Dungeness crabs and the menu has no price except "Market price". After all, all raw food prices are determined by the market, don't they? So, what does it mean? When a seafood restaurant says market price, it implies the price is determined by the local market, since they are fresh catch and the prices changes almost everyday. When we were served the crabs, one bite into the center, it was cold, almost frozen. OK, someone doesn't know how to cook crabs. So, I skipped the center of the crabs and go to the legs. The meat in the legs are still sweet (which is good), like most crab meat, but there were stringy and do not have the firm succulent texture of a fresh catch. And, the after taste has a slight fishy smell. No fresh crabs have fishy smell. I have eaten many Dungeness crabs in my life, and have bought fresh live ones and cook them myself. They do not taste like this. These tasted like they were in the freezer for weeks, may be months. I have no idea where they source their crabs but 3-4 bites of it did not convince me that these were fresh catch but looks like the owners had the confidence to demand MARKET PRICE when they were frozen crabs. Verdict: will I return? Definitely no. I want to see some honesty, please.

Delicious! 10/10 would get again, mostly because the Shiso leaf was something I've never had before. The Grilled Octopus was wonderful and not chewy at all. Loved the Greek lemon caper pepperoncini vinaigrette that came with it. I read that a lot of others were recommending the Deviled Eggs, which we also got and enjoyed. I think one set was salmon and the other was tuna. You honestly cant go wrong with either. I feel like getting the Coconut Creme Pie is a must here. I love coconut, and oddly enough really dislike pies, so this wouldn't be something I would normally get. But with a presentation like this, how can you pass it up? I do remember getting this back in 2008 and loving it, and it seems my tastebuds haven't changed. 10/10! Get this! But only if you love coconut.

For two, we got a few appetizers (ahi tuna poke, crab cakes, raw oysters) and an entree to split (Jambalaya). Service was very attentive, checking in after each meal and even pre-splitting the entree which was great. Overall though, the appetizers failed to impress. The highlights of this meal were probably the raw oysters followed by the Jambalaya, which meant the rest of the meal left something to be desired. 3/5 stars for the average meal but +1 star for service.

Rockfish tacos for $18 EACH and average chips on the side to me feels like a ripoff. Are the tacos delicious and fresh? Yes. Are they worth it? Maybe, only for a splurge. The chowders are TRULY delicious and have a robust flavor profile, I definitely recommend. Pricier than other places in the area but definitely unique flavor. However, the tomato-based chowder was disappointing as it was mostly tomato pieces and very little seafood. Will be back but sparingly as this isn't quite a special occasion restaurant, but also not casual enough for the price and ambiance.

I usually don't opt for many spicy things, so went for the chicken broth which was ok enough. Hard pass on the dry style sesame mix, which was difficult to eat with its odd paste-like texture. As the kitchen preps the dishes, ours came out surprisingly altered/ topped with herb garnishes (for visual presentation aesthetics?) - unfortunately not favored by my young son. Service was nice and inside was designed to be aesthetically clean, with a unique flowing river running through the large central community table. At the end of the meal, you can give your receipt to redeem ice cream, for which we received a Great Value/ Walmart brand ice cream sandwich; well at least my son enjoyed it.

We came here for dinner with a dozen people, shared 20 plates, and absolutely loved everything. You can park in the Bellevue Square parking garage and walk to here. They have online reservations through Google Maps so I suggest doing so to make sure your table is ready because I have seen long lines during peak hours. We had a reservation and arrived on Sunday evening for dinner but still had to wait a while before a server came even though there was no line. There was a water bottle on the table and it was not free so keep that in mind. The restaurant is cozy, but the light could be brighter from my opinion. The menu has many options from small to large and shareable dishes. We went for their famous lamb chops and squid paella for two people. The lamb chops were great and paired well with the potato. It really took a long time (the menu said 30 minutes) for the paella, so take that into account before ordering, but the flavor was worth it. This is our first time trying Spanish food but these were really good. The rice was well mixed, flavored, and came in a big portion. Only one thing is that the meat and seafood were a bit less given the price of this dish. In general, this restaurant is a decent place with great food and location in the heart of Bellevue. I would highly recommend it if you crave for Spanish food. The price is a bit on a higher end but at least you will leave with a good mood and a full belly.

I had made a reservation in advance by phone. When we arrived, however, the restaurant told us they could not find our reservation. While mistakes can happen, the interaction felt dismissive from the very beginning. After we were eventually seated, we were not given menus, even though other guests around us received theirs immediately. We waited and asked multiple times but were still left without menus. Eventually, I tried to get the attention of the front desk and asked for a menu. Instead of helping us, the owner came over and told us that we were being "not polite" and that because we were "not polite," we would not be given a menu. Wanting to document our experience, I posted a Google review while we were waiting. Shortly afterward, the owner came directly to our table with the review on her phone and confronted us about it while we were eating. I politely asked if we could discuss it after the meal, but was told that we needed to change the review immediately or leave the restaurant. I was honestly shocked. I've never experienced a restaurant owner approaching diners during their meal and pressuring them to modify a review. This was my father's birthday dinner, and the confrontation made the entire evening uncomfortable and upsetting for my family. To make matters worse, after we got home, we realized that one of the dishes we ordered was never served at all, and no one noticed throughout the entire meal. I understand that service mistakes can happen. Losing a reservation, forgetting menus, or missing an item can all be corrected. What disappointed me most was how these issues were handled. Instead of acknowledging the problems, we were blamed, confronted, and pressured to change our feedback. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future customers deserve to know about our experience.
