If you want some good authentic Cambodian food make a visit here. Met up with some friends for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. Wasn't as packed then I expected. Servers prompt to greet us as we walked into the restaurant. Got seated quickly while hot tea is being served. Lots of options on the menu with big portions at decent prices. I ordered the Beef Lok Lak which came with rice and side of soup. Had to add a side of pickled carrots and cabbage. Definitely hit the spot for lunch. To wash it all down, their coffee with condensed milk is divine. This restaurant is also popular for weddings amongst the Khmer community. There's always a wedding takes place every weekend. It's cute because the restaurant is always ready with all the wedding's decorations up on a daily basis. Good spot to dine in with quick service. Servers will attend to you promptly when needed.

WOW!! Im speechless the outside view not very welcoming once you inside, its bright, spacious clean and organized. Yup first time here and we ordered fried pork intestines good flavor compared to filipino pork intestines. Very reasonable price. You gotta make them extra crispy.the fried duck lunch special is good too.. tender and no smell. We'll recommended. Fast service.

Our coworkers took us here for lunch recently. I've always drove past this place but never tried it until recently and I have to say I didn't miss out much. This place is average.. I've had much better food elsewhere in the area. Service was great though and some of the dishes were decent but overall I don't think they have that good of quality seafood here, I can taste the difference.. You won't get very fresh seafood here, maybe unless you get a lobster out of the tank they have but even so those poor things looked pretty sad. I prob would not come again on my own though. The only thing I liked from the family style that we had was the soup, and the veggies in the soup, not the seafood. The seafood in the soup tasted very fishy and strange.

I have been wanting to eat Khmer food and this place was good! I found all the dishes I wanted to eat. Beef sticks come with pickle salad and sambal. The flavor was perfect and everything was good. The Salaw Machu (lemon grass paste sour soup with beef). Reminded me of my grandma's cooking and it was perfect season. Love the water spinach it's my favorite veggie! The service was quick and excellent. There restaurant was big and spacious. I think they had a stage to host parties and event. The parking out front was limited. Not sure if they had more parking anywhere else. So if you're in the area stop by and give it a try!!!!

Came to a banquet of about 200 people. Parking was a nightmare. They do have valet service or you can park on the street. Not the safest neighborhood. The decor was really nice. The entrance has an area for photos. Food came out quickly and hot. Our favorite dish was the popcorn chicken. All the dishes were good. Enjoyed the food and ambiance. Not a fan of the neighborhood.

Standard Cambodian food but what makes it stand out is being a banquet restaurant with live singing and a dance floor. Favorite thing we ordered were the beef sticks - sweet and savory with a nice smokiness. Salaw machu kreung (sour lemongrass soup) tastes just like how my dad makes it. Lobster was a good price compared to other restaurants ($25/lb as of March 2025, lobster was about 5lbs). I would not get prahok ktiss again - flavor was lacking and doesn't really have a lot of prahok flavor. Parking lot in the front and back. Also a lot of street parking (not on Anaheim St but on the side streets). They do wedding banquets here so I would call ahead especially on Fridays and Saturdays to make sure the restaurant isn't closed for a private event. Overall, I would recommend people to come here to experience a bit of Cambodian culture. Don't be afraid to hop on the dance floor; some auntie/uncle will take you in and teach you how to dance.

This has to be one of my favorite Cambodian restaurants. Great food. Authentic. Well prepared. Great assortment. The beef skewers has to be our family favorite!

I had driven by this restaurant so many times and decided to finally try it for dinner when people were visiting. We parked outside and when we first went in it was empty, which was a bit eerie, but a few more parties arrived as time passed. Service was fine. The restaurant is large and resembles a banquet hall, and was complete with live fish tanks. The menus were a bit dilapidated but they had a large variety of dishes. For our party of 7, we ordered the "A" Family Dinner set and added fried intestines, stir-fried ong choy, and beef chow fun. Portions were generous and prices actually very fair; we spent ~$150 for our group so just a little over $20/person. Plates and presentation were simple, but the food was tasty. We also got a pretty big container of steamed white rice. The flavors were definitely very Southeast Asian. I particularly enjoyed how crispy the fried intestines were without being oily. Overall, a solid dinner and better than I was expecting!

Quite literally one of my all time favorite spots to eat at. I eat at this place at least 3 times a week because it's that good LOL. The best servers and the owner/manager is extremely nice and wholesome. This is a banquet restaurant so I would advise for those planning on coming here to visit on non weekends to avoid overstimulating crowds. Food was extremely good with reasonable portions and pricing. Everything was made fresh to order and comes out very quick. Restaurant is very spacious with large dine in tables (great for those coming with big parties!) Anyone who says this place isn't good is lying!

I am pretty sure my friends and I dined in when they were hosting either wedding or vow renewal celebration party. We were seated at one end of the restaurant with all the other walk-in patrons and three quarter of the space were filled with family/guests for the event. We didn't mind it at all- actually thought it was cool to witness the event haha. The food was delicious. A little pricier than normal since this is a bigger sized restaurant and you can find same portion and type of food at a smaller establishment for a lower cost. The bbq chicken surprised us all with its crunchy texture and seasoning. That was the standout of the night along with the beef sticks. My only con like every other super Asian place is that I asked for water like 3 times and the lady literally didn't understand me I even made hand gestures of drinking and she just smiled and nodded and walked away lol.

    Eat it all!

The service here was good. I got all the food I could possibly eat for a day with a delicious taste for my tummy satisfaction. The atmosphere has its cool colors to make for a good party theme and relaxing vibe when you just want to chill in the background.

My friend and I shared a variety of dishes: -Student Noodle: If chow mein and pad thai had a baby, this would be that dish. Without the fish sauce, the noodles tasted like chow mein. This dish overall was good! While I would still opt for pad thai, the noodle texture was good and I enjoyed the flavors. We got this with crispy pork and it was tasty, but I wish it was crispier. I liked how it wasn't too fatty. -Fish Amok: It did not look like the picture, but the dish was still good. It was a sweet fish curry which was sweet from the coconut milk. This was tasty and the fish was soft. It wasn't fishy at all. This paired well with the rice. I would still opt for a savory curry though. -Beef Skewers: These were yummy and I enjoyed the charred flavor of these! The flavor was very similar to Filipino skewers. I liked how even the fatty parts were enjoyable. Steamed Rice: Fluffy and not mushy which I liked. It came served in this cute rice bucket which preserved the heat of it. The restaurant was decorated nicely and was pretty clean. Bathrooms available which were also clean. The service was good and attentive. There's lots of free parking in the lot in front. Overall, a solid Cambodian restaurant that's worth checking out in the Long Beach area!

The restaurant interior seems to be under construction/ renovation. Elated to see they updated their menu with some written descriptions and photos of the each food items. This really helps with deciding factors for some customers who might not be familiar with Cambodian food. Service provided by a young gentleman was great , He was friendly , attentive and apologetic . What a disappointment uuggghhh!!!!! Cha qua ( fry breads/ fry donuts) At first glance myself and my mom already knew the Cha qua was not cooked properly , it has some weight to it, ( should be light and fluffy) the dough was raw inside. I sent it back. The waiter was apologetic and a few minutes later came out with a new batch of Cha qua . I kid you not, I just chuckled and shook my head . I explained to the waiter, clearly the cha qua is not cooked properly, has a strong odor smell of yeast and the flour is not cooked through and as an experienced home cooks between my mom & myself the dough did not have time to rise and the flour ratio was not properly measured. The young waiter apologized once more and came back from the kitchen explaining what my mom and I had speculated . We asked that he not charge us for the cha qua. So , I didn't think this could get any worse right? LOL!! Cha mee khatang ( similar to chow fun / pad see ew ) I opted for seafood as protein of choice, with shrimps, imitation crabs & squids . The Chinese broccoli was cooked perfectly. Except this dish didn't have much flavor. I rate it 2/5 BBQ roasted duck $25 for a half order. I been anticipating to try their duck for a few years now. To my dismay it was awful , damn! I expected so much more and it didn't meet my expectations. The skin was not crispy, had a funky gamy scent & tasteless flavor and came out cold at that. Rate 2/5 Baw Baw Kreung ( Cambodian innards / pork blood rice porridge. ) Deep sighs ... another disappointment dish . The rice porridge lacks savory taste, it was a tad under salt , by adding the fermented soybeans helps uplift the flavor. I find it gross! the minuscule fragments innards pieces has a bowel odor taste in our mouths. 1/5 Boat Noodle soup , was okay but needed some improvement. The noodles were too overcooked , texture was mushy, the flavor didn't have the savory beefy aroma, appreciate the fresh ong choy vegetables Rate3/5 Beef Stew w/ bread , crunchy crispy hot bread always hit the spot, dunk in hot beefy stew warms the heart. Unfortunately this dish stop short of a perfect meal. Although the meat was tender , the broth lacks the familiarity aroma of spices and lemongrass scent associated with this dish.. Rate 3/5

It's well seasoned but it doesn't have that funk and herbaceousness. It actually had barely any herbs, just a few pieces of Thai basil and what I think is fish mint leaf, romaine lettuce. Jalapenos and bell pepper. As usual, if you're in the Stockton area in NorCal, go to Mitapheap restaurant and try their version. It's the best one yet. Their smoothie is not smoothie-ing. Ice is CHONKY. Amok is really good though. Order this one. I probably didn't order the best dishes they're known for but I don't see myself within the area for late night eats. A Cambodian family in the next table was criticizing their order too. Anyway, they do get a lot of ordered food to-go. A few men were playing dominoes in the middle of the restaurant and the guy in the next table had his feet up on a chair. Restroom was clean.

Unfortunately, one employee, Marisol, consistently provides poor customer service. She comes across as combative, takes no accountability for mistakes, and makes resolving simple issues unnecessarily difficult. My daughter called in our usual order for pickup. When she arrived, she immediately noticed something was wrong because the total was much lower than expected. When she politely brought it to Marisol's attention, instead of acknowledging that there may have been a mistake, Marisol insisted the order had never been placed that way. She then asked my daughter if she wanted to order the missing item while she was already there to pick up her food, which would require waiting another 15 minutes. Since the delay was the result of an incorrect order, my daughter asked if she could at least receive fresh fries while waiting. Marisol told her she would have to pay extra for fresh fries. Marisol also claimed that she had repeated the order back over the phone when it was originally placed. That simply isn't true. She rushed my daughter off the phone, saying she'd see her in 15 minutes, without reviewing the order. We've continued to support A&J's because the food is consistently excellent, but experiences like this make it harder to keep coming back. Great food can only go so far when customers are made to feel dismissed instead of valued. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training so loyal customers receive the experience they deserve.
