IHOP used to be my favorite, specially this location. I can't complain of the service, compared to other places the service here is good but it's not great. That's the only thing that's good. The food is horrible. I ordered the stuffed cream French toast and it's simply nasty. It tastes old not fresh. It seems like it's something that was frozen, thawed, dipped in egg and placed on the griddle. The pancakes are the same, they look like they're frozen not fresh made. One more thing, I don't know when was the last time their vents were cleaned because there was a tiny tiny bug running across my burger plate. I had the Denver omlette and topped it with a little salsa and it was delicious. I also tried the pumpkin spice pancakes and didn't like them. They taste like pumpkin but are soft and mushy so I don't think they're very good for you. The Harvest Grain n Nut pancakes would probably be a healthier choice. The night crew is always welcoming! I must say I did have the best dinner one night. Everything was piping hot and cooked with perfection. I know.. I know.. ihop? Serving hot and delicious food late at night? Yes! It was better than any other time I have eaten at this specific Ihop. Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast- Bananas weren't over ripened and mushy. My theatre group and I went here for our opening night cast party, we were a large group of around 55 kids. We made a reservation and went to this IHOP. I sat down with my friends and ordered Mac n cheese, fries, and a milkshake. The server told me that they were out of ice cream for the milkshakes, it was a blow but who cares? I ordered a coffee instead. No more than 15 minutes later, these other high schoolers arrived (separate from our party), and ordered three milkshakes! They had ordered chocolate, strawberry, and oreo. I ordered an Oreo one as well. My friends and I were shocked so we asked a different waiter for an Oreo milkshake, he said that he'll go get it. He comes back and says they ran out of ice cream. My friends and I explained what happened, all he said was that he couldn't do anything about it and was sorry for the inconvenience. There was nothing we could do about it, so we just let it go. When it was time to pay, we asked for the check. Now everyone had sit in different tables so we could all get separate checks but the waiter who denied my milkshake said that they could only give one check for everyone. Everyone turned and looked at each other like, "excuse me, what?" There was no warning about this and when we asked for separate checks he said it wasn't allowed! We got the very long check of $800 and were all ready to just count it all. But then they come back with an updated check of $1000!! We payed for all of it and left. There is no way I'm going back to that IHOP again. Their service was awful and apparently there is a $100 fee for making a reservation!? Horrible experience. read more

Others at the table ordered the same thing but for two different prices. My mom ordered something from the 55 and over menu. She loved it. Simple breakfast of hash browns, two over easy eggs, two strips of bacon (asked for extra crispy and they came perfectly extra crispy!), four buttered half slices of wheat toast -- $6.99. The exact same order for someone younger is $8.79. I thought that was kind of funny. Coffee came in a hot thermos with four full cups in one order for $2.79. Pretty good deal. I love this location because it is open 24 hours a day and the service staff here is very efficient here (even on weekend brunch days). My husband and I went to eat late last night between 10-11PM, our server was Gerardo. All I can say is excellent service! He was extremely pleasant and worked with us at a great pace. Never felt rushed to order, he came back to check on us periodically, and we really enjoyed our time. All condiments were placed at our table, we didn't have to ask for anything extra. Our food was great as well. The customer service he gave us was beyond 5 stars and we hope to come back and visit more. I hope the manager realized what an asset he is. Even though I like their food doesn't mean they serve the greatest dishes, since most of them are just OK at best. Just that sometimes, I like having OK food. FOOD QUALITY: Food here is... okay. Portions are pretty good, but sometimes I kind of wonder why they would charge two dollars for an additional two slices of bacon/sausage/ham. That doesn't make too much sense to me at all. Food quality is OK.. or sometimes a little cheap. SERVICE: Service here is generally good, except occasionally when you come here with coupons they try to rip you off. My dad used a free Rooty Tooty entree birthday coupon but they tried to pass it off as buy 1 get 1 free on the cheapest two items. Cashier lady tried to argue that it's what she could only do for a good minute until my dad had to resort to blatantly say "Can you read? It said the ROOTY TOOTY entree." ENVIRONMENT: I like the look of this place but it's been run down over the years such that the tables and seats start to feel a little cheap/old. It gets loud during the day, but I really do appreciate that a lot of natural sunlight can enter in all major seating areas. Perfect way to start your morning. Came here for dinner and wanted to try the burgers. They are currently running a special on their classic burger with unlimited fries. The added bonus is that kids eat free after 4 PM at this location. The burgers are pretty tasty and the kids meal portions are very generous compared to other restaurants.
