    Moldy pancakes
    Hermes L.

I placed an online order and arrived about 10 minutes after my scheduled pickup time, expecting it to be ready. When I arrived, I was told the order still wasn't ready and ended up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes. When I finally received my food, I asked for some of the butter that's served in the restaurant (not the prepackaged kind), since I prefer it. I was only given one small butter for five pancakes, which was disappointing. The food quality was unacceptable. My fries were cold and soggy, and worst of all, the pancakes were completely inedible because they had mold on them. This is a serious food safety issue. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I hung up and called back, only to be put on hold again. Given how bad the experience already was and that my food was ruined, this was extremely frustrating. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish, and I'm very disappointed.

I ordered through DoorDash. To make the situation right, I asked for a gift card for the amount. It wasn't possible. And I kinda dislike it.a.lot! So, these are the last dollars and cents iHop gets from me. Dennys had a better rating. Next time I'm ordering from there. Cuz this ain't it.

I haven't been to an ihop in a while but decided to drop by and the place was full but welcoming and clean. My sons ordered from the kids menu and they enjoyed the burger, fries and happy face pancake. The kids also dine for free before 10 pm with a paid adult so that was convenient. Our server was Alfonso and he was very friendly and helpful. He was prompt despite a busy evening. They also had a beautiful Christmas three at the entrance which my kids really enjoyed seeing. They have two seating areas in case you have a big party.

I came here on a weekday morning. I was very surprised by how busy it was since it wasn't the weekend yet. We waited ten minutes before we got a table. Service was patient as we were taking a while to decide what to order. We ordered the Avocado Toast, Cinnamon Bun Crepes, and Colorado Omelette. The avocado toast look very basic for that price. The crepes and omelette were excellent and delicious and can feed two people. The pancakes came with the omelette. Very good food and company. And easy to find parking.

So fresh on a Christmas morning!

Dalia just made our Christmas morning. She's so sweet and genuine and just on top of everything. Having to work Christmas morning might seem like a drag but she had a great attitude about it and was very spirited with all the guests. Couldn't help but notice her cute snowman earrings as well! Still love the pancakes at IHOP after some 40 years but generally the rest of the food is hit or miss since we usually drop in during graveyard and there's a terrible limited late night menu. Coming in at 6:30am on Christmas morning we weren't sure what to expect. I ordered an omelette (which has AYCE pancakes) and my husband got the steak tips which had a surprising sweet marinade. Everything was cooked so perfectly and all the ingredients were super fresh. That along with stellar happy service really blew us away. And to top it all off, the Christmas music they were playing on their in-house radio were all renditions I've never heard before of classic Christmas songs and they were all so wonderful. Truly an amazing Christmas morning for us. On the whole, service and staff is wonderful at this location especially with long timers like Alfonso and Noelia. We've also known Dom a long time from another restaurant he used to work at and he takes great care of us too. Today we'll add Dalia to that list and hopefully catch her again.

    Open 24hrs.....but not really

came here at 530am on a Tuesday, they were not open. Directly under a sign that says open 24 hrs, there is a locked door. Ridiculous!! just disheartening when you can't count on your breakfast place to be open when they say they will. This place, when it is opened, is just average. The inviting part is that it is open for people in the medical field that have odd hours, and crave pancakes at 5am. Well, i am sorry to say that i will mo longer frequent this place if i cant rely on them to be open.

A really good breakfast to choose service was friendly. Ambience was a little too crowded, but overall the best IHOP in my opinion.

Salmon w/2-side: broccoli n mashed potatoes. This is my most favorite dish! Good value n nutritious.

Ham n Cheese Omelet $6 happy hour p special w/ choice of pancakes or fruits. For the price wise, this is a 4-star deal For regular price, this is 2-star. Omelet is bland. Omelet cooked rather than dry like an egg pancake. A Moisturized omelet wd be much better. But this happy hour price is in-beatable Service is always good in this location.

The servers were really nice and accommodating and the food came out really fast. My wife and I shared the Fried Chicken Benedict and the Ube French toast. The Fried Chicken Benedict was perfect! We got it mild because my wife can't handle spicy. The fried chicken was crispy and so juicy unlike other places where it comes out soggy from the coleslaw and sauce. Ube French toast was pretty good. For me it was a little heavy. Flavor wise it reminded me of deep fried carnival desserts with a ube filling. Probably better to order this if you plan on sharing with a few people. My only complaint is the ube latte. It tastes more like cocoa the ube, but overall everything was a great first time experience. Definitely will stop by again if I'm in the area.

My personal favorite was chai which is from a recipe from a family friend, my friends' favorites were the peach oolong, sencha with Matcha, and their rose black tea. Their musubis were hot and fresh when served. They were cut in half to fit in their to-go containers, which was thoughtful and convenient. The spam they used wasn't the traditional kind that we're used to seeing. It was thicker, but still tasted the same. There was also a lot of teriyaki sauce that off-set the salinity from the spam. There was more sauce than I'd like, it can get a bit messy when you eat them. It was delicious, none-the-less! I definitely recommend getting those. My husband enjoyed the Macadamia Pancakes! He said loved the cream on top and the portion was well worth the $9. The restaurant was pretty packed when we got there around 11am on Sunday. There is only one cashier, so the line will build easily and start to feel a bit congested. They have several menus available to peruse while you're waiting to order. Parking is tight and can be a challenge. We had to circle twice before we found one. Note, it is shared between them and another establishment. They offer seating indoor and outdoor in front and back of the restaurant. Both sides are shaded, it's a great option if you want to enjoy the breeze. I been here 3x this month alone & I've sat at the bar on all three occasions. 1st. We were recommended french fries with our espresso martinis which hello why say no but I kid you not our food was sitting on the counter (where the food comes out) for more than 15 minutes before our server at the bar gave it to us. I had to ask them (they were talking to 3 different servers the entire time) to grab them for us lol thankfully, it was just french fries. And mind you, the fries were the only thing out so obviously they were ours. It was not busy. 2nd time I went it took extremely long for someone to come and take our order mind you there was like two people at the bar, including myself and a friend and about 3 to 4 servers behind the bar, talking to a customer and their dog, touching the dog petting the dog (gross) and overall distracted we called them over like 3 times and I swear we were being ignored! Took them over 10mins just to get us water not even counting the drinks we asked for! 3rd time I went, I know you're probably thinking why do you keep going back if their service is so bad but I'm not kidding when I said I used to love this spot. Any who I ordered food and saw with my own two eyes the food runner, wipe her sweat fix her hair and touch the food not wash her hands and not run a single thing...It was as though she was just hired to stare at the food... lol we sent it back and asked them to remove it from our bill which they did. Each and every time I go these days the service staff look like they can't be bothered and are always talking amongst themselves, which is fine but at least take my order and not make me wait 20+ minutes for some water and drinks while you're getting your chat on with people you see every day... I feel so bad saying this, but they should definitely reevaluate their protocols because the ambience this whole thing gave off was not good. I was embarrassed to say the least when my friend said he hated the recommendation. Ugh .
