I came here at lunch time hoping there wasn't a wait. I was lucky and was able to pull right in. Right away they identified that a brake light was out that I didn't know about. I took a seat in the lobby and they finished in a Jiffy. I went to pay an gave them a Yelp check-in offer for $12 off. As I was driving away I realized that they didn't offer to show me the oil level after the oil change. I looked at the receipt afterwards and they charged me for coolant addition without my permission. They also did not vacuum my car; the receipt says "Customer Declined." I declined no such thing. Come on guys, you can do better. I'm glad they identified with burned-out brake light and took the Yelp coupon. Three stars! read more

They rush the service and do not complete things that are indicated as done on the invoice, as other reviews have noted. They also charge more than any other jiffy lube location and are dishonest about prices. Don't waste your money here. Go somewhere else where management actually cares about the customers experience. You can tell how much they care about the quailty of service based off of how well they "vacuum the interior". I can only imagine how well they do the things I cant see. read more

I had such a wonderful experience here! I needed an oil change and it was extremely quick and easy! Jonathan and David were super helpful. I was shocked when my car was ready within 10 mins of my arrival! Also, I showed them the coupon I found on the JL website and he easily applied it to my order. Also, I really liked how they used a temp plastic cover on the driver seat and a paper mat while working on my car. And it was nice that they topped off my washer fluid and tire air pressure at the same time since I was low on both! I'd like to use Liqui Moly engine oil for my 135i. Even though Jiffy Lube does not carry Liqui Moly but they can still perform the oil change with customer bringing own engine oil. David is probably the most friendly service manager, and he is very kind to help in almost every possible way. Richardo and his team would take no time to do the proper oil change. I brought my car in for an oil change and noticed oil was leaking right after I got home . Brought it back and David said it was a "faulty" drain plug and swapped it out for a new one telling me they "fixed" the problem and no more oil was leaking... shortly after I noticed my oil was STILL leaking . I don't live close by so I brought it to a local Jiffy Lube , which told me this location stripped my bolts which was causing this oil leak . If I didn't know any better I could've blew my engine and who knows how much in repairs down the road that would've cost. Might want to consider a different location for your next oil change. read more
