Did a simple oil change. They didn't replace my oil cap, oil spilled all over my engine. Ended up a week later with a check engine light. I'm still trying to get my payment back from the oil change, needless to say that I had to pay out 1000$ extra for Toyota to the check engine light plus the cost of a new oil change and new cap. The manager tells me that it'll take a week to 10 days for corporate to reimburse this mishap (the cost of an oil change) by sending me a check in the mail . Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. I had to rush in to get an UBER inspection. After a really horrible Friday, & all I wanted to do was get this inspection done, and head home to bed. Thankfully, I pulled up, was greeted by David, and assisted right away. I really didn't want to wait in my car and their lobby was full with previous customers. David made me feel at ease with the whole process and really was super quick to assist me, helped make me feel welcomed. I saw there was a patio area (outside the back) to wait & so I sat there and waited in the fresh air. David worked with incredible sense of urgency, to my surprise, my vehicle was done so much quicker than I was promised. Needless to say, he made my day. This place is amazing! I usually dread coming to go to places to get a oil change because you have schedule a day and then wait because the mechanics are busy. I literally drove in and they took my car right away. The quickest oil change I ever had, I was probably there for about 10 minutes. They checked everything in my car to make sure it was safe to drive and even topped off the fluids. I even used the coupon on their website to get a discount. They even change brakes and rotors which I will be doing soon here. Seriously I wouldn't go anywhere else because this place is so quick. David helped when me I drove in. I've never left a mechanic shop with a smile on my face. It's sometimes scary walking in, and you don't know what you need for your car. I saw another mechanic politely tell a client they didn't have there certain type of transmission fluid, and what to ask for if she went to another shop. I've never seen that type of honesty in a shop! David was helping me, and got me out in under 10 mins with an oil change, and recommend a new AC filter. While I was at first shocked of the need of getting additional services done, David was understanding when I said I couldn't get it done that day, but informed me of the importance of those services if I decide to do so later. Six Stars for this location. Been to many Jiffy Lubes for a quick oil change or tire rotation over the years, but this one stands out by a mile! On Thurs, 7:30am, had a tire warning light, so pulled up and was greeted by a super friendly gentleman, RICARDO (I asked for his name afterwards), and mentioned that I was late for a Dr. appointment and had a tire issue. He immediately had guys on either side of the car, checking and inflating the tires (problem solved). He voluntarily opened the hood for a brief inspection, and established I was little low on oil and windshield water. But that's not all, I was so blown away by the hospitality, speed and care of both him and his staff, I pulled out a $20 tip because I was relieved that he took care of business in the nick of time, but guess what? He declined the tip despite two additional attempts, responding that he would just be happy if I returned sometime in the future for an oil change or other issues. And the biggest takeaway of all for me - so friendly, personable, helpful and efficient. I will be circling back here for sure. We all have many choice where to take our vehicles, but this location is so highly recommended. Never met this guy before, but he saved me.
