I ordered it with cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo and mustard. It was so dry I couldn't swallow it without a drink. The onion rings were good. Fries were wilted and cold. Why is this? We believe the waiter forgot to place our order because he asked to "reconfirm" our order after we already waited a while. I understand that it can get busy and wait times can be long especially on weekends, but I think some things could have been avoided or done better. We did not love the service here.
