Charming cafe/diner, excellent for breakfast/brunch. Staff is nice and fast with their service. I ordered the coffee cup , best diner coffee I had yet. I also ordered tier Vanilla Cinnamon French Toast, nice and fluffy. Sweet with hot syrup. Taste so good. A good place for breakfast and brunch!

The wait was not too long for early lunch on a Sunday. The waitstaff was prompt and friendly. Our food was very good. It's clear this coffee shop has a strong local community following. The ambience is a bright friendly hometown vibe. Read the "Kimmie" background story on the menu- very inspirational! Good hometown coffee shop. We'll be back!

The Skinny Kimmie's Coffee Cup is a great local homey spot that serves up some serious comfort food for the whole family. Food The food here feels very homey and hits the spot when you want a classic breakfast. I have to give a shout out to the toast because it is absolutely AMAZING and the blueberry pancakes are some of the fluffiest I have ever had. My kids were all about their meal and they completely loved the dollar sized pancakes which is a big win for parents. I tried the corned hash and while the portion is large it was not as crunchy as I hoped it would be but it still tasted good. Service The staff is attentive and the wait time is not bad at all which I appreciate. I did notice a few mishaps during the meal like them not providing enough drinks or utensils for everyone at the table right away. It was a minor annoyance but they are friendly enough that it did not ruin the experience. Things moved quickly overall and I felt taken care of despite the small hiccups with the setup. Environment This place has a great local homey vibe that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The parking is decent so I did not have to stress about finding a spot before getting my coffee fix. It is the kind of neighborhood joint where you can just relax and enjoy a solid meal without any pretension. The atmosphere is perfect for a casual morning out with the family. Overall: 4/5 This is a solid neighborhood gem with fantastic pancakes and a warm atmosphere despite a couple of small service blunders.

Oh. My. Goodness... run, don't walk to Kimmie's for their seasonal special, pumpkin pancakes! I don't usually order pancakes at all but these are waaay worth it! Fluffy and so yummy, complete with pumpkiny spices. We started eating everything before taking photos, we couldn't wait! The pancakes come with whipped cream and syrup. Honesty, they don't even need the extra sweetness. Our actual entrees were also delicious and perfectly satisfying with generous portions. I've been to Kimmie's before (in Cypress), but never during the holidays. Fast and friendly service too. Decor is very country homey and charming. All around, highly recommend!

Busy morning and everyone had a smile. This place is always clean and the food never disappoints. Tried the California scramble and it was great.

First time here! Inside is super cute and service was so nice! Food was really good too! They have squaw bread which is my absolute favorite! Their ranch was delicious too.

What a belgian waffle really looks like. A nice, gilden brown! :)

We love ourselves a good Kimmie's breakfast on our day off! However, this time the waitress was upset about my comment on my overcooked waffle. I know I'm Mexican, but I definitely know what a Belgian waffle should look like. I'm happy we got a discount, but please. Put yourself in our shoes. Prices have gone up everywhere. If I'm paying for it, might as well get it how I like it. Now, I know how to order for next time. She did offer to have another one made. Nevertheless, it wasn't what she said. It's "how she said it." Rude. I know it wasn't her. It was the cook. A simple "sorry" would have sufficed. Sometimes this lady is in a good mod and others not. So, as usual, it doesn't phase me. Just thought I'd share this time, as I'm tired of not speaking up all the other times. Since, we are usuals. The other, younger, ladies are very nice! They keep us coming :)

This is our new breakfast spot! I've been here two times so far and both times the food has been excellent. I had the ham, biscuits & gravy, hash brown, and egg combo with cinnamon roll French toast and my husband has the bread pudding pancakes. You can taste how fresh the food is and no gross oily taste. There can be a wait so try to be patient or get there before you get hangry lol. Staff is friendly and food is quickly prepared.

My partner and I shared and I couldn't even finish my half- it was packed with tots, gooey cheese, egg, bacon, and sausage. They gave us a great portion and the quality of the tots was top tier. They are so crispy I could hear a crunch on every single one! The queso dip is delicious, it is very creamy but also has some chunks of pepper in there which gives an amazing flavor. The salsas we tried were the Habanero and the Medium Green Chile Salsa. The green chile was good, but nothing too special. The Habanero is a must have!! It does have a kick to it, which is perfect if you love spice. The flavor doesn't overpower the burrito, but definitely enhances the whole experience. The worker who took our order at the window was very kind and helpful (it was my first time) and I can just tell that the staff prioritizes customer service. 10/10 experience!!

The Tonkatsu was the sole dish we shared, and we both agreed it was delicious! I've had this dish at other places and more often than not, it is usually greasy since it's fried. This was not the case. I don't even think they use panko breadcrumbs. I'm guessing they use corn flakes, but it WORKS and gives the perfect crisp to the protein! The salad and rice were also a good portion to share if you're not starving. The restaurant is very casual and has a laid back vibe. The inside was full of students studying, and young families so we opted to sit outside in the fresh air. Prices are very reasonable. The establishment is accessible and the service is great! There was also standing water on the floor with no wet floor signs, barriers, or any warnings whatsoever. This was a clear slip-and-fall hazard in a busy restaurant. I calmly brought it to the attention of the manager on duty, Julie, and pointed out how dangerous it was--especially for guests using wheelchairs or with mobility needs, this was particularly concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, she dismissed it as "not a big deal," refused to complete any incident report, gave me a negative attitude with a mean facial expression, and then called security on me as if I was the problem. When the young security guard arrived, he asked for my ID. I politely refused and explained the situation calmly--he looked surprised but not defensive. I have photos documenting the ceiling leak, standing water, and lack of signage. This experience was disappointing and unsafe, especially from a hotel restaurant attached to a family theme park. Management should prioritize fixing hazards and training staff to handle legitimate guest concerns professionally rather than escalating them. I hope Knott's / Six Flags investigates and improves.
