I visited Loaded Cafe for the first time after seeing it on TikTok, and my experience was okay. One of the highlights was the mini conchas they give you to enjoy before your meal, which was a delightful touch. Their menu offers a nice selection of dishes, including breakfast burritos, French toast, chilaquiles, and more. I tried their horchata latte, which was good and not too sweet. My son ordered the buffalo chicken strips, but they looked like they might have been microwaveable. I had their eggs, hash browns and bacon breakfast. It came with their churro French toast which was tasty, although the icing had a lemony flavor that was a bit unexpected. My wife had their breakfast burrito. It came with a sauce that tasted like Campbell's soup. It was not good. There was no wait time, and the food came out quickly, which was nice. Inside, there is seating but it feels a bit crowded. Parking is spacious, though I'm not sure what it's like on weekends. Our server was friendly and checked in on us regularly. Staff was friendly, seems like an okay diner-like place to sit down and eat, but I ordered a breakfast burrito and I have to say it had no taste. I had to drown it in salsa because it just lacked any kind of flavor. It's nice inside but it's in a spot on PCH where there are tons of cracked out people running around on the street and dirty sidewalks unfortunately. read more

We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago with a little help from yelp. This is the restaurant that made my hubby a chilaquiles convert. Normally we will have breakfast burritos, or pancakes, but he thought the chilaquiles looked good, so he took a chance. He was blown away by the asada chilaquiles plate. He said there was not one thing he would change, he said that it was perfection. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They will make sure you have everything you need...extra napkins, coffee refill, you ask for it, they will make sure you're covered. They go all out on the Christmas decorations. Very festive! I had the Nutella Banana shake and a classic breakfast, the shake reminds me of the liquados my mom would make me in the morning for school. It's so good!!! I finally got to try Loaded Cafe with my family and we really enjoyed the food. The complimentary conchas was a sweet surprise. The strawberry hibiscus was refreshing. The fries that come with the Chicken Sandwich were super crispy. If you have a sweet tooth I would recommend the Nutella Concha. Our favorite dish was the Menudo (not pictured). It was extremely flavorful and tasted just like a homemade dish. Our server was friendly and she kept checking in on us. Hands down really great food! Found them instagram and I had to check them out. Really great authentic Mexican food with a little twist. This definitely a 5 star review only reason I gave it a 4 was for the service. Our server was Juan and I get it everyone has a bad day but he just wasn't feeling it I guess I had to call him over for our drinks after about a 10-15 min wait he constantly walked past us didn't check on us once and he had an attitude as if we were bothering him. This spot has amazing food. They are super consistent and there are so many options. The only downside is that the service is a bit slow and the food takes a while to come out. But I promise, it's worth it! Maybe don't go there if you're already starving or get something to start with. There is no alcohol, so don't expect mimosas and whatnot. Instead, they have a variety of coffee and agua Fresca type of drinks. There is never a long wait (I never had to wait at all) and there's plenty of seating. Drove all the way here from Lake Elsinore to see what the hype was about. My kids tried to order a shakes but were told they were out of concha's for the shakes, we said it was fine we'd just take the shakes. Waitress comes back to say there are no shakes, so they order lemonades then we're told there was no lemonade. So my son orders a water. We get our drinks, and my husbands coffee cup is covered in lipstick. Then my son decides he wants to order a smoothie and had to ask the waitress 3 different times for his drink. She finally comes back with no drink again and then offers my son the lemonade they stated they didn't have. She hands us a straw which is covered in pen ink. Our friend ordered a coffee flight and they bring out 3 mini cups of agua fresca. I get my burrito, and there's a hair. So I let the waitress know, and she stated it is just a hair from their cleaning towels. Which is worse. Very small portions for the price. $169 + tip for a diner for 5 people is way too expensive and the food is mediocre. read more

I really like that this place took over the old IHOP because it still keeps the classic charm of serving American Breakfast/ Lunch, but it's better because they're incorporating flavors that are indicative of its surrounding area. Like they kept true to the breakfast, and it's very standard, but their experimentation comes in the form of intergrading Mexican dishes into their menu. It says a lot of about how this place serves its community. I see a lot of families come in, so that tells me it's familiar and easy to navigate. I liked the coffee. Service - the waitress was not happy she looked annoyed and not happy to be there. Ambience -it was 3pm. The place was empty. Maybe 3 tables with 2 or 3 people each it smelled greasy. Food - my husband got chicken scramble with hash browns and it was super greasy it left a bad after taste. Not good. I got agua de Jamaica served n a medium Maison jar cup which was pure sugar and not good for 5.99 (too much $$) the photo looked pretty. I also got the potato tacos with their "signature red sauce" I had a choice of red or green sauce I asked for half and half but they said no. I got the mild red sauce and for extra money a side of their signature spicy one. They were greasy and the sauce was not good it did not seem like the tomato was fresh and it was like canned salsa with a slimy texture. When we left my hair smelled like grease. Ordered the "chilaquiles" and they were more like nachos with a sprinkle of salsa. They were more smothered in cheddar cheese. Wish I would've taken a photo of the sad looking dish. Had asked for over medium eggs, they brought me scrambled orange colored eggs. The "horchata" iced coffee had no taste of horchata... just coffee with milk.
