It was my 2nd time going here when I went a few weeks ago. I really loved all the food that we got. We got the island poke and kimchi fried rice. The rice was flavorful and the sauce in the poke was so good! The portions were really good since it's nice to have leftovers. They were very nice and friendly. They didn't see our order had gone through right away when we ordered online so they gave us a free drink while waiting. The wait wasn't even that bad, but they were super nice and felt bad. Been to both the one here in the Great Mall at Milpitas as well as the newer one in Emeryville. If you are interested in a quick and filling lunch, this is an adequate place to go. The saucy asian bowl seems to be their main special and it comes with a meat, with a choice of rice/japchae/salad or a combo of all of them. This is probably the best thing here, with their spicy mayo sauce that they drizzle on essentially every item on the menu. This with garlic chicken was really good. Have also tried the spicy pork burrito but both the pork and rice in the burrito made it not as good as the textures were too mushy for me. Potstickers are normal and nothing to write home about. Was able to recently use an Uber Eats 30% off every item deal that they were offering to get a discounted kimchi fried rice (great but only with a poached egg as the additional proteins were reall expensive. i.e. $6 extra for bulgogi) and the Tteokbokki (surprisingly really yummy drizzled with that mayo and the rice cakes were slightly charred giving it a nice texture and umami to it). read more

They have other locations up north, but this was my first time trying this newly opened spot. Choose from poke salad bowls, Korean foods, wraps/burritos, rice bowls, appetizers, etc. Good menu selections with lots of delicious foods to choose from. No long lines on weekdays during opening hour yet. I had the $14.99 Spicy Poke Salmon & Tuna Salad bowl. It was made to perfect/excellent in taste. Cucumbers were finely sliced and chopped with the purple cabbage. It had plenty of salad greens in mine topped with tasty spicy mayonnaise sauce. Delicious. I would come back for poke bowls because it's good quality here. $8.99 Soy Garlic Fried Chicken side dish was also very good in flavors, but these are smaller chicken pieces with smaller bones. Everything tastes as good as it looks. I wish prices would come down $1-$2 each, but not bad for food court choices. Foods are good restaurant style quality. It didn't take long to grab my order over the counter. Front counter staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. I would be revisiting to try their quesadillas and wraps next time. we were at the mall and noticed this restaurant had finally opened. we ordered the saucy asian bowl with chicken and the bibimbap with shrimp and tofu. it was sunday so they were a bit busy, but the food came out within 15 minutes. you order on a screen, so not too much staff interaction. the food was really good and "saucy," so the name is fitting. i will say we paid extra for the noodles since we didn't want rice and veggies on one, and we were still served veggies. the noodles were also all the way at the bottom, and the bowls are a little small, so it was hard to get to them at first. other than that, it was great. loved the poached egg on both plates. read more

Phew I'm famished! To start off I took my Darling to the mall to walk around and window shop for fun, and eventually ended up getting hungry and couldn't decide on what to eat So eventually we compromised and got some food from Saucy Asian. My Darling got the Saucy Asian Bowl and I went with the Seoul Cheesesteak. The food was surprisingly good, a little on the high end since it's in a mall. It didn't take long to get our food either, and the cashier was pretty nice. Of course this is in a mall so don't expect a lot of empty seats on a weekend around lunch We didn't get any drinks from SA because we got Jamba Juice beforehand. Stopped by this place since I was near Great Mall a couple times and each time, the food has been absolutely AMAZING! The flavors all meld together so well, and it's never too much or too overwhelming and rich. It definitely stands out in comparison to all of the other food court foods.
