The restaurant was clean and orderly. Our server, Lauren, was very personable and attentive. She kept our beverages filled. I had the Early-Dine steak dinner. The steak was so tender and had a great flavor. The loaded sweet potato was delicious. The Ceasar salad was served in an ice cold chilled bowl. It was tasty but they had run out of croutons. This is one of our favorite restaurants. It's a great place for locals.

My son loved his kids meal and the fresh bread. I love their the salad with Italian dressing and their shrimp appetizer is pretty good. The wait is a pain, but no other complaints.

We had never been to a Texas Roadhouse before and had heard many things about the rolls - so off we went. Service was incredibly friendly and fast. We started with the rolls of course and then got a cactus bloom for an appetizer. Very greasy but tasty! Entrees were mid but came out fast and with friendly service. Not our sort of place but definitely worth going for the tasty rolls :-) that cinnamon butter is divine! Ambiance is loud and crazy but to be expected. Lots of birthdays being celebrated while we were there - lots of yee haw!

Texas Roadhouse is the McDonald's of steakhouses. It's consistent and it's decent. I don't go out of my way to get here and it's always crowded but it does hit the spot If i had a complaint it would be the minuscule size of their old fashioned.s. It's basically an $8 shot of bourbon. But the food is good and portions are big.

My wife and I took the kids to get an early dinner after we picked them up from school. Since we're on spring break, we don't get to go out often. And we decided to take advantage of an early dinner. This place was packed at 4 o'clock, and then I realized they open at 3 PM. We ordered the kids mac & cheese with different sides like corn, applesauce or fries. My wife and I got a happy hour esque meal of a 6 ounce steak with two sides. And I know everyone already knows about the bread, it was delicious and unlimited. This review is not really about the food or the prices. This review is for a server named Reese. This guy went out of his way to make sure that my kids were happy and he was happy the entire time. Super genuine, we had made a comment about being teachers, and I felt like he went out of his way to make sure we had the best time possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and our experience and will definitely be back because of this great server.

Wait is always too long and service is spotty. My steak are always cooked to my liking but the service could be better. The server forgot my mushrooms. It's always a bit too loud for my liking.

Wonderful food, Wonderful service and the restaurant looks busy! We love it here, BUT the wait and the loud music !

Still a great place to go to! Our server was super nice and helpful. And of course the bread and butter were still amazing...newly baked and soft! We went mid-afternoon on a weekday so it wasn't as crowded and we were seated quickly.

You know, I could try anyplace for steak. But why stray from perfection? Any town I'm in, I know I'll get a great meal consistently at a Texas Roadhouse. I like steak, they deliver a delicious filet every single time. They are quick with friendly service. I always feel welcome. Sure the ambiance is about as western as you can get and I always feel a bit out of place in my polo shirt and cargo pants work clothes - especially my flat cap. But staff treats me like I belong and I appreciate that. No dessert, wasn't super hungry. Great meal, great price and the wine was good

I remember when this Texas Roadhouse location opened. My family often went. However, since moving away from South Reno, I hadn't visited in years. Glad we stopped in! My family visited during Thanksgiving week for a very early dinner, 3 PM is when they open on weekdays. It was packed! Luckily, there was still no wait for a table, and we were seated and greeted right away. Texas Roadhouse knows how to keep its customers happy. Free bread and butter and a bag of complimentary peanuts at every table. Who can be mad about that? One perk of having the earliest dinner ever is that the roadhouse offers an early bird menu where many classic menu items are on discount. We ordered a kids' burger meal, the fried pickles, and two 6-oz. sirloin meals. The whole bill was only $50! The portions, like the restaurant, are huge! My house salad was almost big enough to be a dinner salad, and the fried pickles were plentiful and super crispy. Perfectly battered and served with awesome house-made ranch. The kids' burgers were a perfect portion for two light eaters to share. It's a small beef patty with cheese served on one of their freshly baked rolls, but you get two of them and a side of fries. Yum! The steaks were tender, but they were probably under 6oz. The weight is likely a pre-cooked weight. The sides were good, but nothing out of this world. The restaurant embodies what Americans think Texas is to a tee. Country music, western decor, and wooden everything. My experience here was great! Thanks, Texas Roadhouse!

9/24 This was a great night out with family . It was a packed hs but worth the wait . We waited about 30min I believe seemed to go pretty quick . Our server Gaby was awesome. Very attentive very fast to get us our food and drinks . Everyone enjoyed their food as well. I got the smoke hs burger and it was delicious and we also got the cactus blossom appetizer. Everything came out fresh and hot . Rolls of course were soooo good . Was a good night . Enjoy !!!!

The wait line is an hour and a half and that's the line outside. It better be great
    Nonda M.

The food was darn good here and they give you lots of it but I'm afraid the weight was ridiculous so I don't know. Unless the weight is a lot shorter, I probably won't be back. Service was great. Once you got seated it's just getting that seat. That just is a little crazy hour and a half wait just can't do it. So good luck to get in because the food really is good and the service is great

They are cheap and should have at least one vegetarian thing on the menu especially if your family members force you to go to a steakhouse.

They are served very hot and go so well with the sauces that come with the burger. Plenty of seating outside, with a small bar to sit inside. I wish there was more indoor seating for the colder months. The outdoor patio is perfect for the summer. Each burger is cooked to order, so it takes some time but it is worth the wait! These burgers aren't cheap, so definitely savor every bite. The butcher shop is great as well. We are big fans of the bourbon tri-tip. Prices have gone up recently (as with everything else). My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience here from begin to end. Service was friendly no complaints there Overall food was not very flavorful.. too many flavor combinations trying to be fancy and for the prices of each dish I would not recommend this place. I saw it was on the yelp top 100 at one point..so I had wanted to check it out.. but it was very disappointing. A glass bottle of very warm water with the 2 smallest glasses with ice was brought to the table first. Ice is nice especially when its 100 degrees outside. But the glass was like a shot glass and with the water being so warm by the time we ordered our food all of the ice was melted which made that 1st glass of water cold which was a couple of gulp but then you're left with warm water. Food presentation was very beautiful. Taste of food wasn't anything you'd come back for. We ordered the mushroom raviolis.i expected a white sauce as it said creme sauce but it was a red sauce. It came with crispy potatoes which were very thinly sliced and fried potatoes and a citrus salad which was arugula and a very tasty dressing. There was maybe 5 raviolis not great..the red sauce is all you can taste some loose mushrooms around the raviolis in the sauce. The fried potatoes great in presentation ok in taste but I wish there was more potato in each bite. The arugula and dressing were the best thing I ate out of 4 dishes I tried. We also had the potato taquitos which I was looking forward to but it was very dense and the potato tasted like how a bad potato smells. Other than that it was very very bland. Nice crisp on the taquito. The gnocchi pasta dish was also no flavor. The sausage in it was good. 2nd favorite item was the slice of bread toasted on both sides. The bread was almost as big as the food on the plate. The 4th dish was the potstickers which also were just ok.
