When I saw that they had the Birria dip sandwich I knew I had to try it and I expected it to be smaller than the actual photo but it was very big, hot, cheesy, and delicious. Everything you love about Birria was in the sandwich! The consomme was a bit different, more of a gravy consistency, but I really enjoyed it and so did my husband! we were dipping fries in it too. It came out faster than I expected, and everybody was really nice. The employee kindly answered my questions about the Birria eggrolls but i didnt try them because the onion and cilantro was in the premade rolls (makes sense! I just hhhaaaaateeeee cilantro & onion). This is kind of a limited sandwich for them or at least that's what it seemed like, but I would definitely eat it again and thankfully, we have a more local one near me. It's in the haven city marketplace so seating is first come first serve. Busy active place!

I always have so much trouble choosing where to eat at the Haven City Market, however during my last visit, I was in the mood for a good quality burger and fries meal. With this craving, my husband and I found ourselves at The Kroft and, let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. As noted above; The Kroft is located inside of the Haven City Market. There is plenty of free parking via their parking lot right outside of the market that's shared for visitors of the whole establishment. We ordered a few things to share among our family for lunch and, truly, everything was delicious. Our order consisted of: - Birria Eggrolls - Loco Moco Poutine fries - French Onion Smash Bgr All of the flavor profiles were perfectly matched to their namesake. My favorite was the French Onion Smash Bgr. The smash burger itself was packed with flavors and was a prime example of a solid burger. We also loved how the kitchen was generous with the poutine in the loaded fries. It was my daughter's favorite part of the meal. The Kroft is a fantastic addition to the Haven City Market. They made a strong first impression and we will definitely be back to try more off of their menu sooner than later.

This is one of the burger spots you can choose inside Haven City Market. Heard good things about Kroft and I'm so glad we tried it. Luckily there many seats available at the time we got there because I know it can be pretty busy in there. We got the wagyu smash burger with garlic truffle fries and the spicy jack smash burger with spicy fries. Overall it was good, but the meat of the burger was on the drier side and the cheese wasn't melted as much as I'd like it to be. Both fries were really good and texture was cooked to perfection. The strawberry lemonade was a tad bit sweet but still good. However, the mango lemonade tasted a bit watered down. I'm a fan of mango flavored drinks but I would've skipped out on that one. The girl who took our order was very sweet and was efficient with taking our orders. Overall, would come and but I'll have try another burger.

I ordered the chicken sandwich along with the cheese fries. My daughter ordered cheese steak, but we won't talk much about that because I didn't taste it. However, she did say it was very cheesy, and that she wished the bread was toasted. My meal was very good. Now, I will say I was very skeptical at first, and no I won't tell you why. You're probably wondering why bring it up then right? Well, it's because there just may be someone else out there that is hesitant. To that, I say, just go. You will not regret it. I love that the chicken sandwich was fresh and well seasoned. It was a nice thinly cut of breast, tender and crispy. The spicy garlic mayo, if an option, order it on the sandwich, trust me. I ordered it on the side. The fries were hot and delicious, with just enough cheese sauce. The slaw, on the sandwich, I liked it. Oh, and the blueberry lemonade was quite refreshing. I enjoyed the fact that you could taste BOTH the blueberries and the lemon. The service was great, and the restaurant appeared to be clean and orderly. This place is worth a visit.

The Kroft, located in Haven City Market, really hit the spot for us. We wanted something filling but not too much as we had further plans. My friend chose the Loaded Philly Fries, which she said were like an amped up In n Out animal fries, which is a compliment since she likes those. For me, a keto option of bunless smash burger was the way to go. It had exactly what one looks for in this kind of burger - that crispy goodness that comes from the Maillard reaction. MmmMmmmm! Cheesy, beefy, saucy goodness! Order at the counter, find a table, and wait to be texted. Or, head outside where fresh air, shady spaces, or sunlight make for a beautiful dining area.

My boyfriend and I were hanging out at the Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga and the Kroft had an anniversary buy one get one free deal on the day of our visit. What a deal! We decided to share the Kroft Fried Chicken ($13.95/value) and the Braised Beef Poutine ($13.95/value). They gave us a pager so we were able to walk around and find a table while the food was getting prepared. There are plenty of tables around Haven City Market. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The portion of both of these were big. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit bready for my liking. The fried chicken was a bit oily. I didn't like the jalapeno and found myself picking it out. I could have used more garlic aioli in it. The braised beef poutine was definitely the better of the 2. There was a good amount of braised beef and gravy on top of fries. My only comment is that I would have liked more cheese curds. A nice snack. I have been a fan of the Kroft since their Anaheim Packing District location so I'm glad they expanded and doing well. I would like it if they brought back the porchetta sandwich.

Was craving a smash burger and Kroft didn't disappoint at all from the caramelized edges of the wagyu patties, the runny fried egg that I added and the brioche bun. I was also interested in trying the birria poutine glad I did it was packed with flavor, I couldn't finish it so I brought it home and ate it the following day, still good with the melted cheese curds. When you pick up your order there's a very hilarious picture of a crying pig if you look closely enough. If you want to try poutine, this is the place to do it! I was surprised that they had such an extensive menu of poutine (classic, but they also have smashed wagyu, loco moco, fried fish chowder, braised beef, chicken parm, etc. and of course they also have their sandwiches, burgers and sides. If you have kiddos or not a big appetite, they have a kid's meal too. They have their soft serve, but sadly when I went they only had their vanilla, no seasonal flavor, but that was okay. I got their loco moco poutine loaded fries. Loco moco is one of my favorite dishes to get at Hawaiian restaurants, so this was a no brainer for me. You leave them your number and they text you when your order is read. Everything is grilled/fried on the spot so it comes out piping hot and it takes a bit of time, especially on a weekend, but it's worth the wait for something tasty. It took around 15-ish minutes for my order but there was line when I ordered, a line after me and when I picked up my food, a group of people waiting for their food. So just keep that in mind. Not too bad. For their loco moco poutine, it comes with 2 smashed wagyu beef patties, grilled and crispy fried onions, a fried sunny side up egg, brown gravy, cheese curds, green onions, and ketchup glaze. It's as they say, they're loaded fries. I took a couple bites and immediately got full. Definitely something that can be shared amongst people, at least 2, or even more if you want to wander the food hall and try more. Cheese curds are super cheesy, did a really tall cheese pull with it. Fries are the thicker cut type and went great with the gravy. Egg was nice and runny adding extra flavor to it. I think the only thing is with all of the savory and the beef patties, gravy, and fries, it was a tad salty for me. I took this home to supplement with rice, so I can have carbs on carbs. Overall not bad.

Finally an actual smash burger and not something just called a smash burger. crispy cheese, well done burger, soft toasted bread. It was complete. The star was the Birria egg rolls, something I can explain why it works so well with a consume dipping broth on the side but this was the highlight and I can go just for this with the jalapeño coleslaw that was fresh, no where over dressed but came together well. Spicy fries are spicy fries. Cooked well! Delivery order so I can't speak to more than the actual food.

Lots of spots to choose from in the food hall but you should check out the Kroft if you like burgers! Burgers were large and made fresh to order. We had the option to dine in or take out. Deserae was super kind and helpful. We Ordered: - 1 Haven w/ Garlic Truffle Fries - too spicy for me, but still very good, fries were seasoned well and crispy - 1 French Onion Smash Burger- came with a dipping sauce, tasty and I recommend There were lots of seating in the food hall and lots of parking available.

We stopped by this stand on the way back home from the gun range. We received good customer service and the area was clean and we got our food in a short amount of time. I've been wanting to try the Kroft for a few years now! I am super happy that they finally opened a location closer to me. I got the fish filet sandwich and was super impressed. Everything from the fish itself to the bun tasted fresh and you can tell that they use high quality ingredients. Overall I was super impressed and am excited to come back to try more of the menu.

My husband had been wanting to try this place for a while but it was the one in Anaheim. So when we found out a location opened right here in our hometown, we had to check it out. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The smash burgers were packed with flavor, and the chili cheese fries were just as amazing. Our kids had the chicken sandwiches, and after sneaking a bite, I can confirm that they were delicious too! On top of the great food, the customer service was fantastic. Was so happy to see The Kroft come out to this area. Ordered the Porchetta sandwich ($12.95) which is usually really good from the other OC location. Well today, it was NOT good. It barely had any meat so the ration of bread to the filling was not good. Also, it was dry. I was looking for that pesto sauce it usually has. Ordered garlic fries ($6.45) that were ok. Again had this at the other location and it was good! Ordered a side of kiss Mac and cheese ($5.45) that was so bland. I couldn't believe it. Kraft from a box is so much better. They offered me different sauces for dipping I chose garlic sauce ($0.35) not even letting me know they charge but I'm so glad I kept the order because I had to drip both sandwich and fries in this garlic sauce to make it taste semi good. This review is obviously strictly only for this location that's new so maybe they need to get their stuff together. 2 stars because I feel bad for leaving only 1 considering I do really enjoy the other location. read more

We were excited to try out Kroft, the professional photos looked incredible. But we were left cold, just like the fries, after tring the Chicken Parm sandwich and the BBQ pork smash burger. Of course, they looked far different than publicity photos but we expected that. The person who took our order, a young woman, was a great rep for the business. Friendly, appropriate amount of upselling. Apologized when the pineapple habanero ketchup was not available. In its absence, we opted for plain ketchup. The turn around was fairly quick but long enough that we could tell they were making it fresh. At first glance, it didnt live up to expectation. The burger boasted a variety of add ons - grilled onions, fried too, pickles, jack cheese, bbq sauce and of course the pork and beef. None were distinctly identiable, except meat. Just a glob of product. The first taste of both seemed bland. My husband is a retired chef. He thought each component was not spiced so we sprinkled a bit of salt overall, which is unusual but it did spark it up a bit. The parm was a thin layer of chicken with a nice Panko crust. The marinara sauce did not overcome the dryness of the meat. A good, visible layer of melty cheese. The fries were just the worst. No heat. Soggy except a thin ends that were crispy. Again not salty. No ketchup but fellow who provided ketchup and salt later was pleasant. Not a disaster but just bland, middle of the road food. We will give them a month or two to get their groove on and we will try again. Many customers have disagreed with us so they must have something going on. Today perhaps just wrong day, a cook who was off, product perhaps sat too long. It is a tough biz. We wont cut them out until we give it another try on our own dime. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Horrible! The cheesesteak sandwich is gross and super greasy. Ordered pickup and it was packaged so poorly the oil seeped through and made a hole at the bottom of the bag. Cheap tape used to seal food. Ridiculous to say the least read more

Nice and clean new spot opened up in Haven. My favorite thing about this restaurant are the poutines! Not your traditional standard fries, but wow, they are packed full of flavor! Stumbled onto a tasty little spot. I wasn't really planning to eat here, but the wagyu loaded fries caught my eye. Plus, birria egg rolls. Honestly, it turned out to be a solid choice. The fries were crispy and fresh, not soggy or stale. They held up well under all the toppings, which were fresh and had good balance. The burger itself had nice flavor too. Nothing over-the-top, just good, solid seasoning and juicy meat. The birria egg roll was also pretty good. It came with a little cup of consommé for dipping, which was a nice touch. I did feel like it could have used a squeeze of lime to brighten it up, but still enjoyable as is. Next time I swing by, I've got my eye on the wagyu smash burger. If the flavors stay as solid as this round, I think it'll be a winner. read more

The hubby and I have been waiting to try this place out since we found out it'd be added to Haven City. When we walked in we were so hyped to see it was finally open! As you can tell from my excitement, yes, I recommend trying this place out!!! Hubby ordered the Wagu Spicy Jack Smash Burger. It was DELICIOUS! So much flavor in this bad boy! (I normally ALWAYS like my food more than hubby's, but not this time. I can admit his choice was better than mine this time.) On to my food. I ordered the Kroft Chicken Sandwich. Very good. The coleslaw had a nice little kick because of the Jalapeños and the chicken was cooked to perfection. We shared a side of spicy fries. So good! Hubby had a beer. We can't remember the name. He said it was good though. Nice large menu to view while waiting in line. Shows all menu items with great descriptions. Service was fast. Maybe a 10 minute wait if that. Luckily we beat the crowd. They seemed to have gotten really busy after we ordered. I did knock a star just because it was pricy, but that's just about everywhere you go now a days, right? Our bill came out to $47 and some change. Overall would we return? Definitely a yes! Can't wait to go back and try different items on the menu! UPDATE: The beer was .394 Pale Ale. We came back and knew instantly that this was the beer hubby had on the first visit. He ordered the same burger. (I don't blame him, it's DELICIOUS!) I tried something new. The Chicken Parm Sandwich. And all I have to say is WOW!! Absolutely amazing!! The bread was toasted to perfection, the chicken was so good! Perfectly crispy yet juicy at the same time. The marinara was just perfect. The space is nice too with a lot of booths for my liking. Like some mom-and-pop places there was a lone fly buzzing while I was trying to eat dinner but that could be an aberration. It was also hinky that I was the only customer dining in. I was starting to think the food wouldn't be all that spectacular or mentionable. But I was glad to be mistaken. Maybe if they ever fix the fountain drinks I'd come back. But without that it's just no kosher to be constantly of thirst and have to pay for 3 or 4 cans of soda to satiate it. It's not worth it.

I recently visited Kroft in Haven City, in Rancho Cucamonga, and overall, it was a delightful experience! We ordered the Loco Moco Poutine and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Starting with the Loco Moco Poutine, this isn't your typical Hawaiian loco moco. Instead of rice, it's served with fries, which was a fun twist! The patties were cooked well and seasoned perfectly, but I found the fries a bit salty for my taste. Still, it was a good take on the dish. I just had the Wagyu Spicy Jack Smash Burger from The Kroft, and I have to say... this is the best burger I've ever had! The spice level is perfect, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the incredible flavors. This is me and my boyfriend's fourth time eating here and it never disappoints! He got the barbecue Wagyu burger and I got the French onion burger and they are delicious! The birria eggrolls are also delicious! We've had the spicy Wagyu burger and the regular Wagyu burger as well and they're all good. We've also had the poutine fries and the regular poutine and the loaded bbq fries and they are very good portions and also never disappoint. The burgers are huge, as well.
