When I saw that they had the Birria dip sandwich I knew I had to try it and I expected it to be smaller than the actual photo but it was very big, hot, cheesy, and delicious. Everything you love about Birria was in the sandwich! The consomme was a bit different, more of a gravy consistency, but I really enjoyed it and so did my husband! we were dipping fries in it too. It came out faster than I expected, and everybody was really nice. The employee kindly answered my questions about the Birria eggrolls but i didnt try them because the onion and cilantro was in the premade rolls (makes sense! I just hhhaaaaateeeee cilantro & onion). This is kind of a limited sandwich for them or at least that's what it seemed like, but I would definitely eat it again and thankfully, we have a more local one near me. It's in the haven city marketplace so seating is first come first serve. Busy active place!

I always have so much trouble choosing where to eat at the Haven City Market, however during my last visit, I was in the mood for a good quality burger and fries meal. With this craving, my husband and I found ourselves at The Kroft and, let me tell you, it didn't disappoint. From the service to the food, everything was perfect. As noted above; The Kroft is located inside of the Haven City Market. There is plenty of free parking via their parking lot right outside of the market that's shared for visitors of the whole establishment. We ordered a few things to share among our family for lunch and, truly, everything was delicious. Our order consisted of: - Birria Eggrolls - Loco Moco Poutine fries - French Onion Smash Bgr All of the flavor profiles were perfectly matched to their namesake. My favorite was the French Onion Smash Bgr. The smash burger itself was packed with flavors and was a prime example of a solid burger. We also loved how the kitchen was generous with the poutine in the loaded fries. It was my daughter's favorite part of the meal. The Kroft is a fantastic addition to the Haven City Market. They made a strong first impression and we will definitely be back to try more off of their menu sooner than later.

This is one of the burger spots you can choose inside Haven City Market. Heard good things about Kroft and I'm so glad we tried it. Luckily there many seats available at the time we got there because I know it can be pretty busy in there. We got the wagyu smash burger with garlic truffle fries and the spicy jack smash burger with spicy fries. Overall it was good, but the meat of the burger was on the drier side and the cheese wasn't melted as much as I'd like it to be. Both fries were really good and texture was cooked to perfection. The strawberry lemonade was a tad bit sweet but still good. However, the mango lemonade tasted a bit watered down. I'm a fan of mango flavored drinks but I would've skipped out on that one. The girl who took our order was very sweet and was efficient with taking our orders. Overall, would come and but I'll have try another burger.

I ordered the chicken sandwich along with the cheese fries. My daughter ordered cheese steak, but we won't talk much about that because I didn't taste it. However, she did say it was very cheesy, and that she wished the bread was toasted. My meal was very good. Now, I will say I was very skeptical at first, and no I won't tell you why. You're probably wondering why bring it up then right? Well, it's because there just may be someone else out there that is hesitant. To that, I say, just go. You will not regret it. I love that the chicken sandwich was fresh and well seasoned. It was a nice thinly cut of breast, tender and crispy. The spicy garlic mayo, if an option, order it on the sandwich, trust me. I ordered it on the side. The fries were hot and delicious, with just enough cheese sauce. The slaw, on the sandwich, I liked it. Oh, and the blueberry lemonade was quite refreshing. I enjoyed the fact that you could taste BOTH the blueberries and the lemon. The service was great, and the restaurant appeared to be clean and orderly. This place is worth a visit.

The Kroft, located in Haven City Market, really hit the spot for us. We wanted something filling but not too much as we had further plans. My friend chose the Loaded Philly Fries, which she said were like an amped up In n Out animal fries, which is a compliment since she likes those. For me, a keto option of bunless smash burger was the way to go. It had exactly what one looks for in this kind of burger - that crispy goodness that comes from the Maillard reaction. MmmMmmmm! Cheesy, beefy, saucy goodness! Order at the counter, find a table, and wait to be texted. Or, head outside where fresh air, shady spaces, or sunlight make for a beautiful dining area.

My boyfriend and I were hanging out at the Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga and the Kroft had an anniversary buy one get one free deal on the day of our visit. What a deal! We decided to share the Kroft Fried Chicken ($13.95/value) and the Braised Beef Poutine ($13.95/value). They gave us a pager so we were able to walk around and find a table while the food was getting prepared. There are plenty of tables around Haven City Market. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The portion of both of these were big. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit bready for my liking. The fried chicken was a bit oily. I didn't like the jalapeno and found myself picking it out. I could have used more garlic aioli in it. The braised beef poutine was definitely the better of the 2. There was a good amount of braised beef and gravy on top of fries. My only comment is that I would have liked more cheese curds. A nice snack. I have been a fan of the Kroft since their Anaheim Packing District location so I'm glad they expanded and doing well. I would like it if they brought back the porchetta sandwich.

Was craving a smash burger and Kroft didn't disappoint at all from the caramelized edges of the wagyu patties, the runny fried egg that I added and the brioche bun. I was also interested in trying the birria poutine glad I did it was packed with flavor, I couldn't finish it so I brought it home and ate it the following day, still good with the melted cheese curds. When you pick up your order there's a very hilarious picture of a crying pig if you look closely enough. If you want to try poutine, this is the place to do it! I was surprised that they had such an extensive menu of poutine (classic, but they also have smashed wagyu, loco moco, fried fish chowder, braised beef, chicken parm, etc. and of course they also have their sandwiches, burgers and sides. If you have kiddos or not a big appetite, they have a kid's meal too. They have their soft serve, but sadly when I went they only had their vanilla, no seasonal flavor, but that was okay. I got their loco moco poutine loaded fries. Loco moco is one of my favorite dishes to get at Hawaiian restaurants, so this was a no brainer for me. You leave them your number and they text you when your order is read. Everything is grilled/fried on the spot so it comes out piping hot and it takes a bit of time, especially on a weekend, but it's worth the wait for something tasty. It took around 15-ish minutes for my order but there was line when I ordered, a line after me and when I picked up my food, a group of people waiting for their food. So just keep that in mind. Not too bad. For their loco moco poutine, it comes with 2 smashed wagyu beef patties, grilled and crispy fried onions, a fried sunny side up egg, brown gravy, cheese curds, green onions, and ketchup glaze. It's as they say, they're loaded fries. I took a couple bites and immediately got full. Definitely something that can be shared amongst people, at least 2, or even more if you want to wander the food hall and try more. Cheese curds are super cheesy, did a really tall cheese pull with it. Fries are the thicker cut type and went great with the gravy. Egg was nice and runny adding extra flavor to it. I think the only thing is with all of the savory and the beef patties, gravy, and fries, it was a tad salty for me. I took this home to supplement with rice, so I can have carbs on carbs. Overall not bad.

Finally an actual smash burger and not something just called a smash burger. crispy cheese, well done burger, soft toasted bread. It was complete. The star was the Birria egg rolls, something I can explain why it works so well with a consume dipping broth on the side but this was the highlight and I can go just for this with the jalapeño coleslaw that was fresh, no where over dressed but came together well. Spicy fries are spicy fries. Cooked well! Delivery order so I can't speak to more than the actual food.

Lots of spots to choose from in the food hall but you should check out the Kroft if you like burgers! Burgers were large and made fresh to order. We had the option to dine in or take out. Deserae was super kind and helpful. We Ordered: - 1 Haven w/ Garlic Truffle Fries - too spicy for me, but still very good, fries were seasoned well and crispy - 1 French Onion Smash Burger- came with a dipping sauce, tasty and I recommend There were lots of seating in the food hall and lots of parking available.

We stopped by this stand on the way back home from the gun range. We received good customer service and the area was clean and we got our food in a short amount of time. I've been wanting to try the Kroft for a few years now! I am super happy that they finally opened a location closer to me. I got the fish filet sandwich and was super impressed. Everything from the fish itself to the bun tasted fresh and you can tell that they use high quality ingredients. Overall I was super impressed and am excited to come back to try more of the menu.

My daughter was looking for a burger place to try and she spotted this place. She decided on the wagyu smash burger and my husband and I got the French onion smash burger. Mia was the woman that helped us at the cash register and she was really helpful and nice. My daughter really enjoyed her burger but felt the secret sauce was strong in the pickle flavor, she enjoyed it overall. My husband really loved the burger, it was messy but extremely tasty. The soup that came on the side was very flavorful and dipping the fries in it was great. We will definitely be back to bring our other kids to have them try it out. read more

First time ordering from this place. I love smashed burgers. Cashier was super nice. I noticed they charge 0.35 extra for sauce. I ordered a Wagyu Smashed Burger Combo and I did say 1 side of ranch. With tip and everything came out a total of $20. When they texted to get my food, I noticed I didn't get my ranch. When I told the lady in the back about my ranch she said it was an additional 0.35. I told her I purchased 1 side of ranch already. She went back to the fridge with an attitude and the came back to my tray and TOSSED the ranch on the tray and then turned and walked away. It surprised the heck out me with her attitude. I was about to pull up my receipt on my phone to show her I purchased one but since she threw the ranch I figured it was pointless at that point. By the way my receipt does show 1 side of ranch purchased. Food was good, can't complain. But if they have customer service like this, they will lose business. read more

This is an extreme exaggeration of what a Smashburger is supposed to be. My first bite on the edge of the burger was nothing but biting into bread and 2 thin beef gristle chips. If you're into eating burnt beef gristle with secret sauce, this is the burger for you. If you are trying to have a burger that actually has beef in it, This will not fulfill you. This reminded me of Mickey Mouse slicing the thinnest piece of bread. They are saving money on beef here for sure ! read more

We went here. I am gluten free not by choice. The menu at the register says the fries are gluten free. I thankfully decided to ask the person taking the order. She came back and said the kitchen told her the fries are NOT gluten free. This is upsetting. Thank God I asked or i would've been very very sick. Either the menu is wrong or your kitchen is not abiding by the rules set forth. read more

Where do I begin? Ordered the leftover poutine fries a special for the holidays, hence leftovers. Stuffing cheese curds, turkey, gravy, fries,cranberry sauce sounds delicious, huh?. not at Haven city Market The Kroft if you want the full experience go to Anaheim you get the layers the fries, the turkey Slices !! Not bits of turkey , stuffing the gravy, the cranberry sauce presented in layers.. at Haven city location The Kroft gives you little squares of turkey and you must wonder where is the REST OF THE turkey. There is so much salty gravy everything is melded together and the most prominent flavor is salt on salt on salt. What a big disappointment !! there is a price difference the one at Haven is cheaper not worth the price or damaging your taste buds. Leaves you wondering where the turkey SLICES ARE someone needs to show these people how to cook would not go back would not recommend. read more

This restaurant serves one of the best poutine fries ever and I recommend it all the time to my co-workers! I had a very unpleasant experience with The Kroft. No one informed me that today was Wagyu Burger Day, nor did they tell me about the "Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off" promotion. So I only ordered one. When I asked to place another order after finding out, a woman named Amy told me to wait, but in the end, she just ignored me. The burger didn't even taste good. On top of that, I still left a 15% tip. I never want to go back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The location I visited was at Haven City Market in Rancho Cucamonga. read more

The menu had a lot of options and variations with tongue-in-cheek names, but also the common names and descriptions below. Both my friend and I ordered "pinners," which are 8" sandwiches. I got the Kali Mist (Spicy Club) on garlic herb bread and my friend got The Kind (Turkey, Bacon, Shrooms) but without the shrooms on white bread. After ordering at the counter, we took a seat at one of the tables to dine-in. The music was a little loud for my preference, which makes me sound like I'm a million years old but oh well. Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Having never tried Cheba Hut before, I immediately asked my friend where the closest location was after taking my first few bites. I'd love to try more sandwiches.

My favorite childhood Italian family food joint used linguine as their "spaghetti" so that was what I thought of when it came to most pairings of sauce to noodle. Pomodoro, bolognese, and even my current sauce of choice, chili, will always be paired with linguine if I had my druthers. So it's always a bit disappointing to see a fresh pasta place not even offer it on the menu. I don't think it's a fair measuring stick comparing linguine to a spaghetti, a fett, or even a rotelle like I had here. They will never measure up because the mouth feel wil always be off. Don't mistake me; the rotelle Pomodoro was quite tasty, especially with that decent-sized meatball and focaccia on the side. That sauce was even a good choice because I always liked the simpler sauces. But always, always I think about how much better the meal would've gone with a nice linguine steering the ship. The service was good, if a bit brusque. The food came out quick and the server was even nicer serving than when I ordered. I like the ambiance too. Everything is spaced nicely for a restaurant this size. It feels relaxing in here and a place you can could host a good meal with a small set of friends. I don't think you need any more than that if it's a casual night. All in all, I like this place and will hit it up again if I feel like a non-linguine pasta night.

I think since we had multiple waiters come by, so they may have gotten confused with our party? The food was enjoyable but no avocado in the house salad was a bummer. I recently visited Kroft in Haven City, in Rancho Cucamonga, and overall, it was a delightful experience! We ordered the Loco Moco Poutine and the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. Starting with the Loco Moco Poutine, this isn't your typical Hawaiian loco moco. Instead of rice, it's served with fries, which was a fun twist! The patties were cooked well and seasoned perfectly, but I found the fries a bit salty for my taste. Still, it was a good take on the dish. Now, onto the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich--my son absolutely loved it! The chicken was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the marinara sauce was simply amazing. The only drawback was the long wait time, likely because everything is made fresh to order. Kroft has a diverse menu with plenty of options, and I'm excited to come back and try more. Tried The Kroft recently and it definitely leans into that indulgent comfort food vibe. I ordered one of their loaded poutines and a wagyu smash burger, and both were packed with flavor. The fries were crispy, the toppings were generous, and everything had that rich, cheesy, slightly over-the-top feel. That said, it's pretty heavy food--great if you're in the mood for a cheat meal, but not something you'd want all the time. The breading was crispy, the chicken perfectly cooked, and the sauce and cheese made it a flavor explosion in every bite. Honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! I just had the Wagyu Spicy Jack Smash Burger from The Kroft, and I have to say... this is the best burger I've ever had! The spice level is perfect, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the incredible flavors. This is me and my boyfriend's fourth time eating here and it never disappoints! He got the barbecue Wagyu burger and I got the French onion burger and they are delicious! The birria eggrolls are also delicious! We've had the spicy Wagyu burger and the regular Wagyu burger as well and they're all good.
