    Soft Taco
    Vladyslav V.

We got 1 soft taco under 5$ and had as much quac and chips and salsa as we wanted. My wife and I got full with one taco by getting salsa and chips which were a little stale but there was no limit so can't complain. We also got drinks and we had such a good time. There was one homeless guy with a broken hand, who came for free chips and salsa and somebody bought food for him but other than that the place was ok. There were a couple of big parties taking up a whole restaurant and it was lovely to spend time there. Service was quick and ok. For the amount of chips and salsa we got it was awesome

DELICIOUS! I feel like this spot is so underrated. I stopped by here last month on a whim with a couple friends for dinner and was so pleasantly surprised. I believed I got their super taco and a hard taco shell, with lengua and cabeza (or pollo?) and wow, delicious! The service was quick and the order was fairly affordable, considering the current prices in this economy. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a free chips and salsa bar. Is this a whole in the wall? Yes. Is it a bit grungy? Also, yes. But this place is exactly what you expect and does the job done when you want some yummy Mexican food. I'll definitely be coming here again when I'm in the area.

Review for takeout order- a solid 4 stars for the fries!! It's hard to find quality carne asada fries let alone birria fries! But I think I've found my go-to! Even ordering takeout, the fries were still very crispy andd absorbed all the of flavors! Every layer was amazing! The carne was a little dry but the seasoning and flavors were on point! I love that they add soo much on top! We shared two orders for 10 people! The birria flavors were really good too, it's as if I was dipping the fries in a bowl of consume. I enjoyed the braised meat and some of the fatty gems when you find them!

Casual dining spot for some Mexican food. Large menu with everything from tacos to mariscos. Our service was nothing special but our food came out quickly. You have to try their salsas from their salsa bar!

This is a pretty solid Mexican restaurant with lots of seating, a big salsa bar and free chips, and a wild variety of classic taqueria eats on its menu. I got the giant quesadilla with birria meat and it was huge and stuffed with cheese and juicy birria meat. It was simple but so so good.

I have been eating here a long time. The micheladas are great and the food is above average.

I ordered the shrimp soup from Tres Potrillos via DoorDash. It was delicious! It came with chopped cilantro and onions plus hand maid corn tortillas. The shrimp soup (caldo de camarón) was delicious! It was enough for me to eat it for dinner two days. On the second day I added more water and boiled it to reheat the soup. There was enough veggies and shrimp. The soup looked like it was just made prior to its delivery. It could be enough for two people.

I stopped by potrillos 3 Taqueria while visiting the Sunnyvale area because my son had football practice and I wanted to try something nearby. While I was walking to the bathroom, I noticed the person preparing food was on his cell phone while still wearing his food-prep gloves. That immediately made me uncomfortable. I couldn't tell if the same gloves were being used to continue cooking afterward, and honestly, that's pretty gross and concerning from a food safety standpoint. If I were to get food poisoning, this would definitely be the first place I'd come back to question. As for the food itself, it was just okay. The burrito was edible, but nothing special--I've definitely had better. I'm giving one star for the burrito and one star deducted because of the lack of hygiene and professionalism. I'm not trying to knock down or harm a small business. I actually support local spots and want them to succeed. But when I see things like this, it really upsets me and makes it hard to recommend the place to others. I wouldn't suggest eating here until food safety practices improve, and I honestly think the public health department should stop by to check on cleanliness.sorry im not comming back.

I've been dining here for decades. It's one of the most solid lunch places in the area. You can dine cheaply or get the more expensive combination plates. Burritos and tacos good. Machaca good. Free chips when you buy food. Soda fountain and refills if you dine in. Salsa bar is good. Very quick. Nothing spectacular inside but it's clean and bright and there's plenty of parking. Can buy lottery tickets next door.

Mold and filthy soda and ice machine .

Went to this place on Easter Sunday 2026 I ordered drinks , when I was going to get ice from the machine I noticed it was filthy and moldy . Apparently they do not give any maintenance the inside must be full of bacteria .

There were multiple eggshells in both of our burritos. Here is a picture of one in the middle of my breakfast burrito.

We came here and ordered breakfast burritos to-go. They were fast with preparing our breakfast burritos, but we had a few issues. 1) the price-- this was our fault, but we ordered over the phone without checking the price. For 2 breakfast burritos-- my total was almost $29 (without tip). 2) There were too many potatoes in the burrito as filler 3) There were eggshells in BOTH of our burritos-- please see the attached picture. Tips: - There is a self-service salsa bar with chips - Red salsa was the spiciest, followed by the orange salsa -Green was the mildest The salsa bar was cool, but probably factored into the pricing of the food. Overall, we may look elsewhere as the prices were too high for the quality and portion size.

My friends and I got 16 tacos in 5 different meat options (chicken, al pastor, asada, beef tongue, chorizo) and asada fries for lunch. Their corn tortilla texture is spot on, and I liked the variety of meat options they offer. The sauce was very spicy for me though, but I still couldn't stop eating them. I also really liked their salsa bar.

Even with a baby in tow, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, bringing hot water super quickly for warming a bottle and carefully selecting seating that accommodated our stroller. The menu is relatively small, but also very diverse with a variety of protein options and some vegetarian selections. Since it's served tapas/family style, you get to try a ton of the menu. Everything we had was delicious and very balanced. Even with a super low spice tolerance, the heat in all the dishes was not just tolerable, but even delicious. I think the dish I'd most recommend is the pork shank. Everything about it was super surprising and incredibly delicious. It literally fell off the bone and had a ton of texture with a melty, tender inside and a sticky, crunchy exterior. I would eat just this for a whole meal! Despite my own dislike for goat, even the goat empanadas were good and managed to convince me I don't actually hate all goat meat! Much like the menu, the ambiance is perfectly balanced, perfect for a romantic date night, a business meeting and even for a friend/family dinner. I'd highly recommend Valley Goat for anyone, for any occasion.

However don't overlook how good their food is. We tried a few of their specialties and my daughter had her usual cheese quesadilla with refried beans. The server was great and very helpful. I ordered the Shrimp Al Tequila. I've never seen a dish like this on a menu, so I thought I'd try it. It has a very, very warm spicy heat to it. You can taste the flavors from the tequila and the capers and olives. It's a wonderful dish, although I wish there were more shrimp on it! My wife had the Pollo. Al Xocohoqui (I know I'm misspelling that). The sauce here is rich, mild in spice, creamy and nutty. My daughter's quesadilla was actually one of the best I've ever had. The cheese blend is just really good and the tortilla is perfectly fried on both sides. The real star though is their flan. Holy moly was this incredible. The tastiest combo we got out of it was loading the chips and salsa with rice and beans, and any part of our main entree. Sort of a nachos-like bite. The food overall was really mediocre. The strawberry margarita was so disappointing, very ice slushy and watered down. Not boozy. No strawberry flavor either, despite looking the part. Uneven pours for the table. Unfortunate.
