Fresh Salmon Yubu, Fresh Ginger Tuna Yubu, Lemon Pepper Salmon Yubu
    Alyssa N.

No line, quick service, and not too expensive! Each piece is around ~$5.50 without tax. I highly recommend the Fresh Salmon and Ginger Tuna! They provide soy sauce and wasabi, which goes great with the salmon since it's not seasoned. My only critique is I wish they put more filling on top for the price.

I've been here several times, and the yubus are always juicy and flavorful. The tofu skin has the perfect amount of sweetness and balances well with the toppings and rice. I love how each bite is a different combination of flavors which keeps things interesting. They often sell out of options. Often times when I visit, they're not fully stocked. This one time I went later on in the day and more than half of the options weren't available. There is limited seating here and parking here. This spot is located in a small strip mall.

this for sure hits the spot. i ordered the salmon, tuna ginger and the tako wasabi. I love the tako wasabi one the best bec it delivered the best flavor. It is raw octopus but its so good. I had three and its a good amount and to feel full. will def be back to try other toppings. so worth the hype

Really really unique flavor profiles. I got 3 and it filled me up! My favorites I tried was the salmon, the bulgogi, and the creamy roe. I also tried the lemon pepper which was too strong of a flavor for me super duper salty. If they add less lemon pepper on top it would taste better. I can't wait to try the garlic butter crab next time! Loved how fresh everything tasted and it left me feeling full and great!

I have been hearing about this place for some time now and I'm glad to finally have visited! The place is definitely worth the hype! Came in on a Saturday afternoon. The place was pretty busy with dine in and take out orders. Our order of 4 yubus came out pretty fast! As basic as it is, my fave was the fresh salmon yubu! Perfect balance of flavor and the amount of fish and rice! The other yubus were good as well. I wanna try other flavors next time but they were very filling that i could not get more

What a treat. While the inside isn't anything to talk about, it was at least comfortable. You're able to watch your order being made. I wasn't a big fan of tofu before, but I am now! Just remember when it says spicy, it is!! The spicy tuna and grilled spicy pork were delicious but next time I would ask them to tone down the spice a bit. The garlic butter crab was delicious even though it was imitation, but for me the fluffy egg didn't have much taste. Parking was tight and very small area. The employees were welcoming and quick with your order. I will be back to try the other numerous choices because the prices are excellent!!

Located in a small plaza. Keep in mind that there isnt alot of parking and this placeis very popular! I was excited to try this place out and it didn't disappoint. Got most of their selections. My fav was the seared salom one for sure and least favorite was Bulgogi just because it tasted like normal Bulgogi that I would prefer not in yubuchobap. Overall a pretty solid place, as it is popular not sure if you could find seating. So expect to eat this on the go!

Wow!!! This is a hidden gem! I happen to find this spot on Instagram and happen to be in the area this week. When you go in to order, there is a kiosk for you to order on, however, the workers are all super helpful and gave recommendations. I ended up getting the spicy tuna which had a strong kick to it! I also tried the Beef Bulgogi, Garlic Butter Crab, and Ginger Tuna. These were all amazing but my two favorites were spicy tuna and beef bulgogi. The flavor of the beef being torched was so yummy. I can't wait to come back and try more!

Solid food! Thought some were way too sweet because of the sauces/mayo paired with the semi-sweet tofu skin. I honestly just rather have fresh sushi. There are loooong lines on the weekend so just be aware! I had to park across the street at the Target bc how full the lot was. This feels like more of a takeout place than a sit down restaurant.

I found Atoyubu while browsing Yelp and decided to check it out. I probably wouldn't have discovered it on my own because it's tucked away in a very small plaza, but the good news is there's parking right out front. I went on a Friday right when they opened at 4 p.m. When I stepped inside my first thought... did this place just open? There are tables and chairs, but not much else. No photos or decor on the walls. There were two men behind the counter and I wasn't greeted, so I walked up to the digital menu to place my order. I also noticed the all-gender restroom, which I liked as an option, though it wasn't very clean during my visit. For food, I ordered several of the yubu rice balls. I tried the lemon pepper salmon, chipotle salmon, sweet barbecue gyro, and another one with crab. The sushi rice was cooked great and the fish tasted fresh. My son was a really big fan of the sweet barbecue gyro and liked it so much that he ordered another one. The barbecue sauce was very sweet, maybe a little too sweet. As for the little wrap around the rice, I couldn't quite figure out what it was. It didn't really add or take anything away. For three of them the price was just shy of $20, which felt a little on the pricey side. Overall, the yubu was a new experience for me and I really enjoyed it. I'd come back.

    Jasmine L.

A little expensive in my opinion but I'd pay anything for "sushi". I do think they could have put more fish than rice. It felt like the rice almost filled up the tofu skin and the fish was just placed on top. Here's my review of the 4 pieces I ordered through DoorDash. Spicy Tuna 9/10: Personally really enjoyed this one. The buldak sauce was spicy good. Definitely not for anyone who can't handle spice. Fresh Salmon 8/10: Very fresh. Wish they filled it up more. It felt like rice with a side of salmon. Fresh Ginger Tuna 6/10: Average, nothing too special but it's like a loyal guy friend who will never be your boyfriend. Garlic Butter Crab 7/10: So good, but it's imitation crab so you can literally stop by the grocery market and make this yourself for a fraction of the price but if you're lazy like I am then it's a 8/10.

...today, after my chiropractor appointment, I was asked again to get more Korean Dubai cookies for my friend, Chloe. As I'm walking to the door, I pass another place where two guys are sitting close to the window and I notice they are eating stuffed inari sushi. I backup to see the sign above. ATOYUBU!!! I go in to check it out... and the lady starts talking to me in Korean, then quickly switches to English asking if it's my first time. People are casually sitting at small tables, so I discreetly glance to see what they're eating... then, decide to try it out... My choices: - Eel - Korean BBQ - Garlic Crab Hard to pick up with your hand, so I use a fork to eat from the top. Flip it over to eat the soy bean curd and I leave half of the rice. The eel was by far my favorite and the garlic crab was my least. Happy I got to try something new today. They are all about $5-$6 each...

Stopped by to grab a quick dinner, and these yubus hit the spot! The salmon and tuna were yummy, and each one had their own unique flavor. The inside was clean and they made them fairly quickly despite a line out the door.

Can these be make gluten free?

Without the rice? You can maybe try asking for the tofu skin, and only fish? But I'm not sure if the sauces with the fish are gluten free.

Is there anything else inside aside from the protein like rice or crab meat?

The Yubu does contain white rice and there are two options on the menu that have crab meat.

Is the tofu wrap gluten free?

This is my question too. If the tofu wraps are seasoned w soy sauce, it will contain wheat.

Do you have a tofu based/vegetarian option?

Incorrect. The rice contains minor bits of pork.

    Is there vegan options?

Well, you could order the imitation crab as it is not real meat....

Comparing with the premiums Kobe set , I enjoyed much with the fish curry katsu, flavorful , crispy and juicy inside. Also happy about the portion and price $18.50. For the plain udon, the little one really enjoyed it and the portion is good enough for the 6 years old boy enjoyed, around $9.95. Overall, the food is good, the inside ventilation needs a little improvement, and the premium set can add a little more . Recommended for family and friends gatherings if not too price cautious. There were a few times when some of our orders were missed, but if that happens, you can always call a server over to help, especially if it's a premium item. The sashimi was delicious--nice and thick-cut, fresh-tasting, and had a good chew to it. Our favorite cuts were definitely the belly cuts, as it is a little fattier. I also noticed that they seem to rotate through some of their appetizers and rolls, as the appetizer section has changed compared to the last few times I've been here. It is something you need to try if you have yet to do so. The katsu meal itself ($17.95) with the combo (+$7 which includes either kimchi udon, or soba, Tuna roll) iis big on it's own. Also, the shaved cabbage salad is a great compliment to the meal. I'll be back with the family to check out the other offerings here. When I arrived around 12:30 p.m. on a Saturday, the restaurant was relatively clean and completely empty. The tables looked fairly new and had a simple, utilitarian style. I walked up to the counter and asked how the promotion worked. The owner pointed out the rolls on the menu and asked whether I was dining in or ordering to go. After telling her I was dining in, I looked over the menu. Since I don't eat much rice, I was immediately drawn to the three no-rice rolls, which were $16 each. The specialty rolls also looked good and were priced between $16 and $19. I asked to order three of the no-rice rolls using the promotion. That's when the owner told me those rolls were not included. The sign outside says "any two rolls," yet apparently there are exclusions that aren't disclosed. Since the no-rice rolls are in the same price range as the specialty rolls, I asked why they were excluded. The owner didn't offer any explanation--she simply said no, then walked away from the register and back into the kitchen. I found that interaction disrespectful and a clear indication that they weren't interested in earning my business. Customer service matters, and this experience left a very negative impression. I recommend choosing one of the many other restaurants in the area that value friendly, transparent service. Advertising a promotion as applying to "any" rolls while excluding certain items without clearly stating that feels misleading.
