Also, the chicken looked like leftover turkey and there was a bone in there that chipped my tooth. I went to the Manager, Andrea, so that the team could be more careful. I've not been to this Panera in awhile due to poor service and quality but this location is super convenient and figured I'd give it a shot. Bad idea! Bad service and poor quality of food. Ordered via the app - super convenient. Arrived a few minutes after pickup time to find my name wasn't on the board. I asked a couple employees if they even had my order but English was not working and that was all I had to offer. Finally snagged someone that could help. She had my order and went to pull the items. Checked the bag. Everything was there. Took off and got to where I needed to be. Taking the food - soufflés - out of the bag and then the box to discover they were not even warm. Damn - need to pop them in the oven, but a starving person didn't want to wait and with no knife or fork bit into one of the ham soufflés to find what appeared to be a lump of cut up lunch meat in the middle and hard lump of shredded cheese stuck together. Yuck! The spinach bacon were ok once heated but the pastry was not the same as freshly made. What was left of ham one and ham two (untouched) where tossed in the trash. The only happy camper was the 5 year old with her cinnamon roll. Note to self - NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION NO MATTER HOW CONVENIENT IT IS. read more

My 3 year old loves this place. He would give it 5 stars for their chocolate milk and pecan roll (sticky bun). I've never had the chocolate milk, but the pecan roll is indeed excellent. Also popular are their "souffle," which look nothing like any souffle I've had. I've not been able to bring myself to pay $2.99 for morning pastry, but my wife is addicted. Great fresh bagels too, especially toasted. Their coffee is very, very average, but they have free refills. Quantity makes up for lack of quality. read more

3.5 stars Needed a quick place to eat before going to culinary school and I wasn't feeling any of the fast food options, so I remembered that this place was on the way. Stopped by at around 11am, and there was one couple ahead of me in line. I got my usual half sandwich/half salad. I ordered the turkey artichoke panini and a caesar salad with bag of chips. Cost me an even $8. The chips was average, nothing special. The caesar salad was a bit disappointing not alot of flavor but at least they didn't drench it with dressing. The star was the sandwich. Warm focaccia bread, creamy spinach spread, salty asiago-parmesan cheese and sweet caramelized onions. I loved every bite. Made me wish I had ordered the full sandwich today. Definitely a step above a Togos, Subways or Quiznos and the portions are just right for me, but would be small for the big eaters. Since the size is good for me, I think it is worth the extra money you pay. My only gripe is that they use to only have one price for the half sandwich/half salad combo and you could pick any sandwich and any salad. Now, there are 3 prices for the combo depending on what kind of sandwich/salad options you choose. Place was clean and the service was quick. No complaints. I LOVE this place. I come here quite often, considering I live close by. Every time I come, I enjoy my meal. They always get my order correct, the food is always fresh as can be, and the staff are very friendly. The only problem I have with this place is the size, its often hard to find a seat inside during lunch hours. Other than that, their bread is amazing!!! So are their soups, salads, sandwiches, and basically everything. In fact, today they even gave me a free soda with my meal which pretty much made my day. I will definitely be back. One other thing I appreciate, is that they make their nutritional information readily available online. Second time I went in, it was try and rubbery....third time was little better but there is no consistancy in this store. I mean some days you get it good some days not so good. Food is always good, and the staff at this location is exceptionally nice. The manager is going around delivering the food to people's tables and helping people find tables and even refilling drinks. They clean up for you, and check in and make sure you're doing ok. Good place to study, do homework, or just have a nice meal with friends. They have free wifi, and numerous outlets for computers etc. the only downside is they get really packed really fast and most of their tables are small cafe style tables. This is my favorite Panera Bread to go to. I always order the coffee. Sometimes I'll get a pastry, a parfait, fruit cup or a breakfast sandwich. My favorite part is that u can ask for a real mug for your coffee instead of a paper cup. The people that work at this location are the nicest people! Always smile and helpful. Thr coffee is consistently fresh, and sandwiches are delicious. Given the age group of the customers, senior discounts are constant. I particularly like the time stamps they place on the coffee dispensers to ensure quality. In contrast, Starbucks makes their Pikes coffee at 4am and replace it only when it runs out. I had to go to the prep counter to have my latte poured in a ceramic cup like I asked for I was sickened to see how filthy and unorganized the kitchen/food prep area is. So it was my first time doing the rapid pick up and let me tell you I was very impressed. By the time I got to place my food was ready and waiting for me on the counter. I ordered a full tuna sandwich, cup of soup and a garden salad. Food was packed nicely and when I opened up my sandwich it wasn't messy, soup was warm, and salad was fresh.
