Wow! Now bad for beach food!! Usually the kind of food you'll find by the beach are crappy food. I've been here a couple of times and lunch does not disappoint. It seems like it would just be a mediocre food, but it's actually not bad and it's amazing for beach food and they take their time to cook it today. I had chicken teriyaki bowl. I gave it an eight out of 10 amazing!! So glad we have this kind of place by the beach now hoping that it will stay open for a long ha

Me sitting with injury leg thinking I was going to get food I paid for... but no.

Worst experience ever. I just bought a bought two beers and a burger (that comes with chips) I waited over an hour and did not receive my food. And for the record I just started walking again last week! When I placed my order I asked if the burger was quick being I just started walking. This man said yes. I then asked for fries and he said that "takes longer" I asked how long he say 15 mins. I said nah I'll just take my burger and chips with two beers. ONE HOUR LATER NOTHING. Just the two beers. When I asked him what happened this man said it was my fault???? I will never come here again. And I tipped him to rob me! Make it make sense! Sad that an establishment can function on the beach like this! 100's thumbs down! And I've never left a review!

I love the beach, and while Long Beach isn't the beach that I usually go to, I'm so glad I did today. This little gem is right on the beach, just steps from the water. The menu is pretty big and had quite a variety, especially for a place with a walk up order window. There are sandwiches and wraps, salads, breakfast, burritos, ice cream and Italian iced, and even a puppy patty for your dog. Even better, they serve beers, hard seltzers, wine, cocktails, and even champagne. Grab a table in the sun, or, like us, under the shade of a palm tree. The area is corded of with an orange rope, and there is axe throwing (no worries--plastic access) and cornhole. We ordered antipasto salad, a white cheddar cheeseburger with chips, and, of course, the Labubu mocktail. We enjoyed all!

Was so happy to see that they had vegan options available. Their menu is quite varied and I liked that there was something for everyone. I even noticed that they were quite thoughtful like a water-bowl for dogs, etc. This place is a nice place to hangout by the beach and the playground is just next to it. We ordered two vegan burritos and an oat milk coffee. The burrito was very delicious, beyond my expectations. Polite staff. We are definitely visiting them again!!

When we got there, there were only two other parties seated. The guy at the window told us he'd be right with us to take our order -- no big deal, he came back about 7 minutes later. We placed our order, paid for parking (45 minutes), and got settled in thinking breakfast would be out soon. Big mistake. It took almost 50 minutes for two breakfast burritos to come out. I know because I had to add another 25 minutes to my parking just waiting for the food. When the burritos finally arrived, they looked nothing like the ones promoted on their social media. They were small, flat, and looked like they were missing half the ingredients. Considering they only have one breakfast burrito and a vegan version on the menu, it's not like we ordered the wrong thing. Overall, the experience was just bad from start to finish -- painfully slow service, underwhelming food, and definitely not worth the time or money. I left feeling disappointed and honestly ripped off. (I'm sharing pix of what I went for vs what I got)

Great space, accessible prices. Can't beat the view! Love what the owners are doing for the community.

Love this spot! It's a perfect blend of scenic views, hearty and freshly cooked food, and a spot for a casual drink after a nice walk on the beach. It is a bit pricey but that's not surprising given that it's literally on the sand (warning: chairs and tables are indeed on the sand, dress appropriately) and since it's freshly made it takes about 15 minutes to get your food (so get a drink while you wait or read a book). Perfectly between Gaucho and Belmont Brew if you want to do a beach walking beer/food tour!

Been here a couple times when they 1st opened and they're still here. This is my distraction place since I jog along the beach and this is at either my 1.9mils or 4.9mils - tempting to stop by for a cup of joe or some breakfast sandwiches...the joint is right on the sand and on the beach plus next to parking lot, restrooms, rental place and kid's playground. Also it is tiny distance away from the LB museum. The seating is on the sand and got several games and the view of the Pacific Ocean and under palm trees. Also you can see the Queen Mary plus any cruise ship that dock right next to it. Service is great & friendly, and if you expecting fast service, this wouldn't be the place since it's more of the layback, chill, relax type of place. There is a sign that said "we don't make fast food, we make great food as fast as we can." Quality wise, not bad at all. Price

Decided to stop by here for lunch after dropping some friends off in Long Beach. This is a small and casual restaurant right on the beach. Food was good overall. Really enjoyed the quesadilla with the spicy sauce that came with it. The cheese steaks were good but not great. My friend felt the chicken one missed the mark and could have been seasoned better. The chips that came with the cheese steaks were crispy and not oily. Service was quick and friendly. There's a large metered parking lot right next to the spot. Overall, this is a good spot for a casual lunch during a day at the beach.

Love this place so much! The locations is beautiful and sits right on the beach. Always great music they often play thievery corporation and bob marley! The service is great, prices are right and love the food! My personal fave is the beef bowl it's fresh and served over rice with steamed veggies.

We had a beach day with a friend recently and she grabbed us coffees from this spot when we first arrived. Their iced coffee is SO GOOD!! And silly me forgot to pack lunch. At around 2pm me and my daughter were getting hangry. So I walked over to this spot to pick up some food. I got my daughter a cheese quesadilla and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Their little patio seating area is so nice. Great location. The service was fairly quick and the gal at the order window was nice.

For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. We also ordered the hummus, which was so rich and creamy, and the oysters from the raw bar. For the main, we ordered the Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop, Fish & Chips, and the Wedge salad to share. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat. They use haddock fillet for the Fish & Chips, which was fried to perfection. The Wedge Salad is what actually knocked my socks off! This was one of the best wedge salads that I've ever had. It had your key ingredients: iceberg, buttermilk dressing, red onion, crumbled egg, tomato, bacon gastrique, blue cheese, dill, chives - but something about this salad was different! It was so refreshing, flavorful--just everything you want in a dish. We ended the dining experience with their Peach Cobbler Hand Pie, which came with streusel, pistachio crumble, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area!

This place popped up, and it was happy hour. So we thought why not. We got lucky and found parking close (rare for that street). And walked over and immediately loved the vibe. We walked in and were greeted immediately, and then brought upstairs. The decor on the way up was awesome. The old school nature, with paintings and abstract vintage pieces.. love. It felt like we were in an old industrial building. We were surprised that it was pretty empty when we got up there. We sat at the bar, and love the decor upstairs too. There's a view of the street from up there as well that's beautiful. The bartender greeted us fairly quickly, and we each ordered a speciality cocktail on their happy hour. Both were delicious. I will say that the prices are a bit steep for me. Very glad we came during the happy hour. But really want to return to try the food and more drinks. Maybe on a special date night out!

The upstairs host Kori was amazing. She was bubbly, kind and super helpful. Now to our waitress, there was a bit to be desired there. My wife felt like with each thing she asked for she was bothering her. ( I will omit her name out of kindness, she may have been dealing with something personal and having a bad day. ) Now to the food. The Drinks, my wife's Paloma was delicious. I had a Makers 46 neat. Very basic whiskey selections but it was good. Our appetizer, the Artichoke dip came out to us tepid after 20 minutes of waiting for it and the chips borderline stale. I had the Bo Burger, the pork belly and aioli carried it. Fries were ok. My wife had chicken milanese it was fantastic, she just had to request extra sauce. Coke Zeros were flat, we sent them back. So my wife had a Proseco and she enjoyed that. Upon putting in the reservation I stated it was my wife's birthday, Kori even asked we told her and I'm pretty sure it was relayed to the serve who said nothing and didn't inquire whether we wanted dessert or offer anything. My wife asked for a box, she put the box on the table and walked away. We had to ask a busser for a bag and a cup for her sauce. He was very sweet, he filled our waters and asked if we needed anything else. The restaurant charges a 5% fee for the team, you can decline it. We didn't. I even still gave the server a respectable tip. Sadly she could have received twice as much because I used to serve when I was much younger. My wife is a Dorector in the Hospitality industry and she loves giving extra. I understand the struggle but if she was as charismatic as Kori she could make more and really add to the restaurant. Needless to say we will not make the hour and 15 minute drive again.

We started with appetizers: mussels ($23) and braised lamb belly ($25). For the main course, we ordered a ribeye steak ($69), Scottish salmon ($46), and "dirty pasta" ($36). Drinks included a glass of wine ($17) and a glass of Coke ($4.50). With tax ($23.15) and an "employee benefits" charge ($5.51), the total came to $249.16 before gratuity. The mussels are cooked in a broth of white wine, nduja sausage, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and parsley, with a toasted baguette served on the side. I liked the overall taste of the dish, but the mussels were small. The braised lamb belly was an interesting dish, as it was served with kimchi and thin sheets of daikon radish on the side. I assumed the idea was to make a "taco" by combining the three components. I liked it, though the lamb had bit of gaminess which might not appeal to everyone. The ribeye plate comes as steak only, with sides available à la carte. The steak was cooked nicely--juicy and flavorful, though I was a bit surprised by how rich it tasted. The "dirty pasta" features large rigatoni, ground duck, ricotta, and sauce. It was good, and the duck made for an interesting change from the usual beef. As a complete plated meal, I think the Scottish salmon was impressive--both for its visual presentation and the taste of the meal as a whole. The restaurant floor has a split-level design. Upon entering, you'll find a large oval bar surrounded by tables and booths. Step down a level, and there are seats offering views of the Long Beach marina. This area with a view is protected by windows--which is good, as the marine air is often cool and breezy. It seems that nearly all the establishments owned by this restaurant group have names starting with the letter or word "A." When searching online, use the words "a pch restaurant," as "a pch" alone is apparently too vague a search term. A final note to management: I was surprised to see a $5.51 charge for "employee benefit" on our bill. I playfully asked our server what benefits this covered, but they didn't know. They mentioned it could be removed if I objected, but I chose not to. My point is, if you're charging diners, shouldn't your staff be able to explain it? And if the line item can be so easily discharged, maybe you shouldn't be adding it in the first place.
