This place is an all-around go to. The food looked amazing , so I had to take a bite out of it before this review. The sauce taste phenomenal with elegant craft behind the sauce. Service made me smile . Because he knew exactly what I wanted.,, and was willing to give me anything to make the meal better. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place always has great vibes , and the inside looks so beautifuland clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Workout Box with tofu

Asian Box is great comfort food to me, and I was thrilled to see there's a BOGO deal for the month of July. If you order a Workout Box on DoorDash, you get a second one for free! I don't eat meat so I wasn't sure if the deal would apply to me, but I was able to swap the chicken for tofu at no added cost. The sauces are also only 50 cents extra. I ordered the peanut sauce and the red curry sauce. I loved the peanut sauce but the red curry sauce was a bit spicier than I was expecting. With that said, the food was delicious and I'm so happy I got two for the price of one. Food: 9/10 Drinks: N/A Service: 10/10 [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambience: 6/10[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Vegan-friendly: 9/10

Tried this place for the first time today, and I was sadly disappointed. I came by with my coworker, and we both got "create your own box" meals. The flavor itself was good in my opinion, but what ruined it for both of us were the cold noodles and overall portion sizes. The noodles were hard and dry, and seemed to be at least a day old. On top of that, they didn't give very much of it. My coworker also ordered double meat, but when his came out, there was no real difference. We both ended up leaving still hungry. Based on the ratings this place has, along with their prices, I expected a lot better. Maybe it was just a fluke this one time, but I wouldn't try my luck by coming a second time.

Fast casual for a quick and easy meal in a neighborhood where there's not too many authentic Asian options. The chicken pho was flavorful and filling. I wanted some warm broth and this hit the spot. They were running some special deals too.

Quick, healthy, and delicious. I've visited Asian Box several times, and it has never disappointed. I've tried a few items: The Workout, The Miss Jones, Chicken & Veggie Green Curry, and even created my own box. Every dish tasted healthy without sacrificing flavor. When you visit, the cashier will take your order in the front, and your order will be called shortly after. [[HIGHLIGHT]]While many people opt for takeout, they do offer some indoor seating if you want to dine in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is relatively modern.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Either way, it is a solid option.

    Taro Boba

Saw a promotion for $1 taro milk tea so I decided to swing by and give it a try. Ordering was super easy, the server/cashier was friendly! The taro milk tea itself didn't have that strong of a flavor. It's premixed so you can't adjust sweetness or type of milk (but it's non-dairy so that's good for all the lactose friends out there). Regarding the boba -- texture was fine but it literally tastes like nothing. Overall not too impressed by the specific drink I tried but can't speak about their main offerings.

    The Workout

Tasty asian-fusion bowl-styled meals great for a quick lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I stopped by after a workout and got 'The Workout' and took a counter spot by the window, which has a nice view of the street but is a little chaotic being near the cashier.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food came out within minutes! The tamarind sauce is a little sweet, so I wish there was a little more depth (fish sauce, soy sauce, five spice, etc.). I did like the pickled vegetables and mint which added some needed freshness. However, the staff was super friendly and made eating in really enjoyable!

fresh Shrimp rolls and peanut sauce

Good for a lunch box- tasty selections and relatively healthy options. Got the chicken green curry and garden box. Good ratio of protein to sides in the box for the price, nice flavors, could maybe be a little more saucy and spicy for both dishes. The shrimp rolls are good and fresh also. Got a takeout order but it looks spacious on the inside with seating and wasn't very busy. Quick service and pleasant staff.

    The Miss Jones

Would give this a 4.5/5 visit. Ordered the Miss Jones box that has lemongrass pork, chilled noodles, an egg, and veggies. Flavorful and a fair portion. Pork has nice grilled caramelized flavor and the box sauce is tangy and a little sweet. Easy to order, friendly staff, and for a late Saturday dinner it was ready within 5 minutes. There must be prepared ingredients in a build-your-own-bowl fashion. There's interior seating and some outside patio tables

Friendly staff, clean and casual restaurant, healthy and tasty options, all gluten-free. I also got a free housemade drink with my order via a Yelp Check-In Offer. Sign up for a loyalty account and get a free box ($14.99 value) during your birthday week. ENTREES, RANKED FROM BEST TO WORST: = Chef Gracie's Grandma's Pho: Delicious and the portion size is huge! = Miss Jones box: My favorite non-soup box. = The Workout box: Delicious and also healthy = Vietnamese Hot Chicken box: Also good. I request to swap out white rice for brown. = Chicken & Veggie Green Curry box: Also tasty, but spicy, so not for the faint of heart. = Sweet & Sour Chicken box (seasonal): The worst. Way over-salted. Also doesn't taste anything like regular Chinese sweet & sour chicken. Instead, the sauce tastes like what is used for Chinese beef and broccoli. But way saltier, like drinking soy sauce... OTHER ITEMS = Iced Vietnamese Coffee: Perfect if you like your coffee strong. Some tables indoors and outdoors, plus barstool seating along the window, good for solo dining. It's fortunately never crowded or too busy here when I visit. One single stall bathroom in the back.

I first heard about this place when I saw it catered at my workplace. I enjoyed their build your own bowls so much I went to the shop with one of my friends after Pilates. The food was just as good as I remembered at the office! I went again tonight and thought it definitely deserved 5 stars. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a lot of seating and the staff was helpful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Perfect place for healthy eats and catching up with friends![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Great spot to get a to-go box and chow down if you're too busy to make lunch or just wanna take a walk by the water with your food. My fav is the workout - the sauce is nice and tangy, chicken is flavorful (nice lemongrass zest) and a nice scoop of (bland) veggies. I'll third whoever said this was an Asian version of Chipotle.

    Gluten free everything!

I thoroughly enjoyed eating here. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is perfect, staff were friendly, prices are decent, and the food was delicious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] About the food: I love a good Banh Mi sandwich, and on gluten free bread - the lemongrass pork was a powerhouse on its own and the jalapeños kicked as much as you'd want them to. Definitely wasn't mad. I also had the Sriracha Buffalo Wings, which were moist but still could've been crispier - tasty nonetheless. More kicking on the spice level as well, which is my preference. As usual, will be back.

However, the entrees we ordered were quite salty and didn't have much depth of flavor. Afterwards, we realized they don't use garlic or onion, which would have been helpful to know ahead of time since it really affects the flavor profile. If we had known that, we likely would have chosen a different spot. Overall, it wasn't quite what we were expecting given the menu and reviews.
