This place blows subway away. Now that we got that out of the way we can move on to real business.... I had recommended to my office that we try Jersey Mike's so we found the closest one to Compton (where my office is at) So we ordered online. We ordered combos that included chips. We paid online and expected to just pick it up. When we swung by to pick up our food the guy handed us our food and I had to remind them about our drinks and I assumed that the chips were inside. So I drove all the way back to the office and there were no chips in the bag. So no big deal, I called and asked to be reimbursed the couple of bucks for the chips. They told me that because it was done online they couldn't do anything about it, but come back tomorrow and we will give you your chips. Well the sandwich was so good we just came back for another one and expected the chip reimbursement. Dane the assistant manager was very cool and completely reimbursed the whole lunch. This place is awesome! Coworkers and I decided to eat Jersey Mike's Subs since it's near our work. Ordered online, which was very convenient for us and when we picked up order, it was fast and ready, although the line was crazy since it was lunch. I think this place is better than Subway; I'm going to try all their hot and cold subs!! My first order was The Original Italian, which screams Laramaee--it is so me: provolone, prosciuttini, ham, salami and pepperoni, what else can you ask for. I was afraid to eat my sandwich this place was dirty. Went to Jersey Mike's yesterday. First thing I noticed was a dirty slicing machine. Then I noticed flies around the sandwich making area. Then I saw a fly crawling on the lettuce. I told the guy and as he changed lettuce bin I saw a fly crawling on my sandwich!! I said loudly, You have too many flies crawling on the food. I love Jersey Mike's and was happy to see this location open up so close to my home. I ordered the Original Italian on white w/cherry pepper relish. I placed the order online and the sandwich was ready to go by the time I arrived - no hassles. The sandwich itself was pretty gross and this was the first time I haven't finished a Jersey Mike's sandwich. The bread wasn't cooked thoroughly and was very doughy, the onions and tomatoes were stringy, and the cherry pepper relish was overpowering - they slathered on waaay too much. Went here tonight--never been. Now I'm gonna tell you this right now: came for the subs and left (to go). Now this is a sub the way Mike meant it to be. That's right folks, I got it "Mike's Way." We were happy to have a Jersey Mike's comes or area. However they are a bit on the pricey side if you don't have any coupons. My husband loves the subs much more than the competitors. I usually get the raps which subway no longer has. You even get to choose from three different kinds of tortillas which is awesome. I wasn't really interested in coming here but I had some coupons lol. Get this... drink, chips, and a regular sub... all the same size... I had 3 coupons offering this at 3 different prices. I don't get this marketing scheme!!! So when I went there I used the cheapest coupon obviously. Got me a turkey avocado sandwich, a large diet coke, and hot cheetos. The sub was alright, not my fave. They are pretty simple with their ingredients (not super customizable like Subway), only offering lettuce, tomato, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar as extras to the sandwich of your choice. If you want another veggie or item, its either it's already in the sandwich you asked for (they have a good number of sub combos which range from hot to cold subs), or I assume the extra costs ... extra. The bread is either white or wheat... my unhealthy self asked for the white... which was crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside, which I think is pretty standard for subs/hoagies/whatever you want to call these sandwiches. Oh yeah, my diet coke and hot cheetos were good. I love hot cheetos! Who eats hot cheetos with chopsticks? I do. Don't want them cheeto fingers!!! Overall, I thought it was okay... I feel like it was a bit overpriced, if I didn't have my coupons. I wouldn't come here without coupons. Another thing, I am still very confused by their coupons! I got the number 2 - Jersey Shore's Favorite (provolone, ham, and cappacuolo)... and try'd it Mike's Way ( with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, spices & " The Juice" (red wine vinegar & olive oil blend). Today, I decided to get a jersey mikes and chose a location that i thought i liked. I understand with this pandemic it is chaotic, but waiting 26 minutes for a pre ordered sandwich is ridiculous. I finally got my sandwich it was we made incorrectly. I walked back and explained it was wrong and the employees argued with me and said that i had MY order wrong and THEY were right. i showed them my order and they still argued with me in front of al the other customers and made me feel like a thief. finally after another 13 minutes they remade my sandwich and then took it in the back to wrap it. i think that is very inappropriate of them to do that. the employee finally gave me my sandwich, i apologized again because i felt so bad. hedid not keep social distancing and snatched the wrong sandwich out of my hand. i was going to give it back anyway but he got too close especially during a pandemic. they made me feel a criminal and i will NOT be returning to this location. read more

This place needs better training on taking orders. The kids working here are sweet and friendly but the way they handle a line is so inefficient. If you're not going to write the orders down then you need a better system for memorizing what I say to you. Totally disappointing. What can I say, probably one of the worst Philly Cheese Subs I ever had.... way chintzy on the meat and chez, bread cold....paying over 10 bucks for a dry ass sammie, - not from here ever again. What's with these places that they justify over charging on a sandwich that has no meat, but yet they load you up with lettuce? Don't get it! And to top it off you ask for easy mayo, they don't listen they put so much on it oozes from the sandwich...gross! Or how about putting spread on each side of the bread, that totally puts them off since their slicing 3 little pieces of meat, it's an inconvenience. Sandwiches are not bad but some of the staff give a really bad vibe. There is a young lady there that takes your order, wish I knew her name, that basically looks at you like she is angry with you for being there. It is very strange. It's so bad that I will not be going back. Oh yeah, in addition to not being very friendly she gets your order wrong. I told her what I wanted and she acted like she got it. Then she tells the kid next to her that I ordered a veggie. Well it was close but not right. I had to correct it and repeat my order.
