Huge vegan menu, flavors were incredible the garlic chicken is an absolute must try. I can't wait to come back and try more! Loved the quick service, variety of options, and how fast and fresh the food came out.

You have a lot of options for good Pho in the Rancho area but I keep coming back to Pho Fresh. They have great food and plenty on the menu besides their amazing Pho bowls. I keep saying I'm going to try something new on their menu but I keep going back for the Pho. The inside is clean and nicely decorated. They have plenty of seating for those busy days. We started off with some hot saki and enjoyed the baked mushrooms seasoned in garlic, lemongrass, cilantro, green onions, topped w/ Chef's special sauce. You can't go wrong with the Spicy Beef Rib Stew. Combination of beef stew & spicy lemongrass seasoning with slow cooked ribs, stewed beef & tendon chunks & carrots. The Pho Bone-In Roasted Chicken has roasted chicken served in chicken flavored pho broth. Both are very hearty!

This is my first time to this place and I really loved it. It's not too far from my job and it's fresh food that you can grab for lunch.

Tried this spot for the first time, saw it on social media. The place was clean with a warm vibe. Ordered the Crazy Pho King Pho, Grilled Chicken Banh Mi, Lemongrass Shrimp Salad, Spicy Basil Noodles, and Strawberry Peach Tea. The banh mi and basil noodles were the highlights, fresh and flavorful. The noodles weren't very spicy despite the name, but still tasty. The pho lacked flavor even when adding all the ingredients in, the shrimp salad was ok, and the tea tasted more floral than fruity--not quite what I expected. Staff were friendly, though our server took our menus before we finished ordering, so we had to speak up. Overall: 3.9/5. Some misses, but good to try new Vietnamese restaurants.

Very disappointed to find a bug in our food! Really ruined our first and last experience.

I believe the owners have changed and some of the more specialty dishes like ox tail noodle soup and seared scallops are gone, but the rest of the menu is still a great hit! Their service is also faster with slightly trimmed menu. If you still want those specialty dishes, you might need to go to the new location in Elk Grove opened by John and Tracy, the OG. We haven't had chance to go there yet but some day!

Everything we ordered was good! Definiteley get the baked pork belly. My wife and I enjoyed the spicy oxtail pho and tom yum shrimp. My daughter liked the spicy baked mussel. Food came out quick. Servers were very attentive. Place is clean and spacious.

As an update from last review, the service has gotten a lot better, and faster! The food is always great! We had the crispy carmelized tofu bánh mì, savory mock chickn chow mein, fresh tofu spring rolls (gluten-free), flavorful tofu chow fun (requested to be made gf), comforting tofu vegetable phở, and a refreshing Thai iced tea with oatmilk. Everything was so good! And the inside is very nice, and they also have a beautiful patio for outdoor seating (when it's available).

Pho Fresh Vegan-tines Menu 2026: in true Pho Fresh fashion everything was a home run! Splendid! Especially the Mu Shu and the empanadas. The green beans were cooked perfectly; garlic noodles superb.

I spent seventy dollars at this restaurant for lunch today. And they gave me the worst food i've ever eaten in my entire life period the tofu tasted like was old and stale out of the fridge, all of the food that my friend and I ordered was completely unedible, which was a shame because we've ordered from them. Many times before I called them to see if they could make it right. And they did not want to make it right. I asked for the manager the gentleman on the phone told me they don't know when the manager will be in or what the manager's schedule is. And that if I had an issue, I could take it up with doordash, I tried taking it up with doordash. They offered me a twelve dollar refund, which was unacceptable. And so now i'm taking it to social media to let everybody know not to do business with this.Absolutely terrible restaurant and I will be taking this up with my bank

disappointment over priced for serving size- super small barely any beef. The beef is under seasoned . Rate 1/10.

Wow.. I did not expect to give this place this negative review based off previous reviews. Probably the worst pho I've ever had. Instant headache and spins! The meat was not thin cut like I'm used to, fatty, and turned grey once hitting the broth. Coming from someone who frequently eats pho for over 20 years, this was the most bland pho I have ever had. A true waste of money. The portions are very small, the noodles were very undercooked, overall a terrible experience and I would never give it a second chance.

    Pho soup with hairs

I have no words for my resent experience. There was hair in my food and it was imbedded so not just one hair on top ( still gross ) but everywhere in my pho soup. If a food inspector is reading this, you should go in and take a look in the kitchen.

I got one of my normal dishes called Boone, which is chicken with rice noodle vermicelli, cucumbers, pickled daikon, mint, carrot, lettuce and a vinaigrette, type of fish sauce . This one came with a small egg roll, which was super crispy, perfectly prepared and a wonderful addition. I was sad to see that there were no peanuts on top because I kind of think that helps make the dish. The noodles were cooked perfectly very delicious the lettuce mint cucumbers were fresh. The chicken was lean chicken breast large chunks. The only thing holding me back from giving it a five star was the flavor of the chicken wasn't quite there for me and of course I needed to peanuts. And I didn't like being served in a paper box that was getting soggy from the fish sauce, especially when I took it home and it really got soggy. But on the whole, it's a fantastic place to get lunch and the price is right. The service was delightful. The lady was very accommodating that took my order and I hope this food court really thrives. They need to get the word out that is here!

This takes me to their Folsom location which opened its doors back in late-2021. Situated in a decent sized outdoor strip mall with a mix of boutiques and retail business, this Huong Lan is located directly off of East Bidwell St and adjacent to Wales Dr. Parking is fairly easy to find on any given day and they have very reasonable hours of operation being open weekdays from 10am-9pm and weekends from 10am-8pm. Since I live in the suburbs, this location is actually easier for me and is very convenient for those that live in Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, and other neighboring communities. One really unique thing about this location is that they have a drive-thru for those that don't wish to exit their vehicles. However, if you're not in a rush, I do recommend dining inside as the interior dining area is quite open, inviting, and spacious. And one really positive thing about this location is that they are not nearly as busy as their other locations. More often than not, I am waiting in line (sometimes up to 30 minutes) just to place an order at the South Sacramento location. I also noticed how much of a variety this location offers including 15 different Bánh Mì variations, Phở, noodle soups, Vermicelli bows, rice plates, and a nice assortment of appetizers. They also carry several types of pearl teas, milk teas, and boba drinks. At this location, I literally entered the restaurant, walked up to the front counter, and placed my order. I ended up coming here during the afternoon on Saturday 5/30/2026 at around 2:00pm. My Bánh Mì sandwich of choice was their B7 "Grilled Pork" aka "Bánh Mì Thịt Nướng" and was priced at $9.25 (after tax). After making my payment, I sat down and within 5 minutes, my sandwich was brought out to me. I am going to be honest with everything, the bread was soft while the veggies (cilantro, cucumber, pickled carrots, and daikon) were all laid out very proportionally. But what this Bánh Mì was seriously lacking was the grilled pork! I love a good Bánh Mì sandwich but just ONE strip of pork? C'mon guys, I've been to your other locations and they have been very generous with the proteins. However, everything tasted great and I will still give this place an above average rating based on the service, location, ambiance, quality/freshness of food, and overall experience. I also wanted to add that the inside was very clean and sanitary while the public restroom was spotless. When you factor in a very spacious interior with a convenient drive-thru at the exterior and a pleasant dining experience in a quiet part of town, I am giving the Folsom "Huong Lan" location a respectable and above average four stars.

The food quality has been consistently excellent and hasn't changed at all since I started coming. The service is always excellent - all the staff tries their best and helps you quickly despite it being extremely busy. It is busy, but that is good - it means that everyone loves the food and you get fresh ingredients because of the higher turnover. I prefer their thin cuts of meat over thicker cuts and is much more tender than places that offer the big rectangular chunks. The broth is tasty as well. Sometimes if I bring friends I'll pick up some chicken or spring rolls which are great as well. The owners are great too - I see them coming out when they have time to greet some of the customers. They definitely appreciate all their customers and I'm very happy they are doing well. They post on instagram so you can check their hours or if there are any time changes. Pho Momma is very deserving of the bib gourmand award. The mobile internet was a bit spotty in the area, but if you have xfinity you can connect there, otherwise AT&T is slow.

07.16.2026 - PHO MOMMA - Sacramento, CA…read more I've been wanting to try Pho Momma for months, and today was finally the day. I happened to be in the area picking up some paperwork, so it was the perfect excuse to stop in. My first impression was excellent. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and comfortably busy--a great sign that people genuinely enjoy the food here. After being seated, I was greeted with a refreshing glass of ice water and a nicely laminated menu. The menu was straightforward and well-organized--not too overwhelming, yet with plenty of delicious options to choose from. I already knew what I wanted: pho and spring rolls. I ordered the Pork Sausage with Crispy Layers Spring Roll along with the #1 Pho (lean beef, flank, brisket, fat brisket, tripe, and tendon in a small bowl). Before leaving, I also ordered a Half & Half Pork and Shrimp Egg Rolls to take home. The Pork Sausage with Crispy Layers Spring Roll completely exceeded my expectations. I've never had anything quite like it. At first glance it looks like a traditional fresh spring roll, but hidden inside is an incredibly crispy layer that gives it an amazing texture. The contrast between the cool, fresh vegetables and the warm crispy center was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of the same satisfying contrast I experience when eating Japanese zaru soba with freshly fried shrimp tempura--the combination of cool and warm, soft and crispy, all in one bite. It was refreshing, unique, and incredibly satisfying. The pho was equally impressive. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting while still tasting clean and fresh. It didn't have that overly reduced or day-old taste that some pho broths develop after sitting too long. Instead, every sip tasted balanced and well-crafted. The broth was so good that I drank nearly half of it before even thinking about adding hoisin sauce. Out of curiosity, I added some midway through the meal, but honestly, it didn't need it. The broth stood perfectly well on its own. The basil, bean sprouts, and lime were perfectly portioned and complemented the soup beautifully. The bowl was so satisfying that I finished every last drop of the pho and still couldn't finish the spring roll. Later that evening, I tried the shrimp egg roll I had ordered to go, and it was another pleasant surprise. I've had firecracker shrimp before, but this was something different: shrimp and perfectly seasoned vermicelli noodles wrapped in a crisp shell, creating a flavorful, memorable bite. Every dish I tried offered something unique, and each one exceeded my expectations. Final Thoughts: Pho Momma absolutely lived up to the hype. From the welcoming atmosphere to the creative appetizers and exceptional pho, this was one of the most enjoyable Vietnamese dining experiences I've had in Sacramento. I enjoyed it so much that I'm already planning to bring friends with me next time. Highly recommended. It's definitely worth the visit.

I'm used to the sugarcane inside the patty to infuse it with the sweetness and aroma, but here my sugarcane sticks were kinda just laying there on my plate (lol). There also isn't much shrimp in the mixture so the chao tom truly lacked excitement. There was no complexity of flavor.. just crispy-ness which carried the dish. Overall, 4/10.
