Hey foodie bestie, So I visited Pho Fresh just this past weekend, and let me tell you, it was amazing! I came here with my family of three for lunch at 12 PM, and it wasn't too busy. Which I thought, "okay cool, service should be good." And it was - service was quick, and everyone was nice. Mind you, Pho is not my top choice when it comes to soup and noodles. I'm a ramen type of gal. However, I did order the Roasted Chicken Egg Noodle Soup. And bestie, when our bowls of soup arrived, they were huge! For the price, great portions, but I do wish the dish had more noodles. The rest of our dishes turned out good as well; we had the Crazy Pho King Pho and the kids' Grilled Chicken with Noodles. We also had their Vietnamese coffee, which I was excited to order since I hadn't had one in sooo long. The server even made our daughter try mango boba in her lemonade, which she loved. The ambiance was modern and clean, with plenty of seating for large parties. This restaurant also caters to vegans and vegetarians. This is our second time dining here. I enjoyed my food, but my husband didn't. We both loved the roll--absolutely delicious! Must-try dish. I ordered the oxtail pho both times. The noodles were disappointing: the mushroom noodles (+ $2) was sparse, I was still hungry after finishing the whole bowl, and the fresh noodles (extra $1.50) were all broken, I couldn't even pick up 1 string of noodle. Despite the issues with the noodles, I enjoyed the soup itself, which was flavorful and tasty. My husband had a different experience. On our first visit, he ordered the #1 pho but found it plain and unimpressive. Because of that, he decided to try the lemongrass noodles on our second visit, but they were overly salty. He tried to dilute the dish with my pho soup and even added his water, but it was still too salty. He struggled to finish the meal. He was pretty miserable LOL cuz he didn't want to throw the dish away. I'd love to come back but my husband doesn't want to return. Really wanted pho but the place I love was closed so I tried this spot tonight. Lady kept walking away as we were still talking and trying to order. It was weird. Example; She would say can I get this out of the way? Before we can say yes she walked away. Just odd.. Pho Fresh is my go-to pho restaurant in Rancho Cordova. They have way more than just pho in this restaurant. Most of the items are very delicious. The dining room at Pho Fresh is big and comfortable. They have a lovely selection for outdoor dining too. Many customers enjoy their meals at the outdoor dining area, especially in good weather. The service is excellent, and the owner couple are very friendly and attentive. The staff always has smiles on their faces. The parking lots at Pho Fresh are clean and safe. I usually get nice parking right in front of the restaurant entrance. Sometimes I have to park my car behind the restaurant in the main parking lot area, with a short walk. Can't believe I haven't left 5 stars here yet! This place is sooo good! 30 minutes from our house, but worth the drive! If there was one closer I'd be here all the time! Everything I've tried is wonderful, and the staff is always nice. Clean restaurant, clean bathrooms. I should note I'm vegan and go for their vegan menu! Delicious!!! Great viet fusion place to take your family. There is plenty of seating and easy parking. The service is prompt although they do get busy around dinner time. Started out with the boba viet coffee. A little on the sweet side. The spicy baked mussels pack a punch and we loved it. The combo bun salad is well balanced. Love the combo to citrusy umami. The pork was well seasoned and juice. We frequent this place whenever we need a pho fix. Their spring rolls are our favorite! The pho broth is decent! Some days it's really good and we don't need to add anything to our broth but there have been a few times where we had to season the broth ourselves. Service is quick and friendly. I really wanted to go to Vegan Fresh. Tried twice but closed both times either short staffed or financial difficulties. Either way I was directed by a flyer to go to Pho fresh. Asked about flyer and no explanation given other than "how many menus" uhh I guess we will be eating here? So we did. Surprised that the menu was nearly identical. Kind of a waste of two business establishments. We looked around. Floors needed love, clearly no one dusts, and food splatter along the walls, no one checked in on us. Starters came with our entrees. Starters (crispy spring rolls) looked like the ones you can buy from Costco. The salad tasted dirty as heck, clearly not washed. I was terrified to keep eating. My guest continued eating being nice. I prayed to not get sick (I was NOT thank goodness). We got different items and both lacked major flavor. The only thing with flavor was the spring rolls. Yikes. Finally to wrap it up, no one checking on us just stares from workers occasionally ... we stood up and walked up to the counter and young lady directs us to a tablet to pay. It's a no from me, got my chicken pho barely warm, within 10 min of eating it became cold means it was microwaved not fresh, I added fresh noodles that had a weird taste to them like almost they we've gotten bad. My friend's meal wasn't so great either, shrimp was not fresh. Be careful here, not fresh produce. read more

Pros: 1) they have their own little parking lot to park 2) medium size little restaurant with clean tables, chairs, utensils, plates, bowls, cups. 3) The hostess said you seat yourself. 4) we svan their QR code to get the menu. They have LOTS of variety of foods to choose from. Love that! You can check it out by scanning it from my photo. I hope it works. 5) to me, calamari was perfectly cooked and crunchy. Pho broth was good. Didn't need to add any sauce. Kids pho bowl was good too. My little one loved it. My SO loved the calamari and the Thai tea was great! 6) the bathrooms are one stall each for the men and women. There is a baby changing station in the women's bathroom. Bathroom smelled good and was clean. They had air deodorizer in the bathroom. 7) love that they use Himalayan salt! vs the regular table salt. 8) restaurant was quiet. 9) they do have a kids menu Cons: 1) service wasn't very good. Waitress never checked back on us or any tables, from what I can see. I felted ignored. We had to keep flagging our waitress down to ask for refills, or ask for extra items (ex., napkins, forks, drink refills, cilantro, etc). 2) We had to flag our waitress down to get our tab. 3) my SO didn't like the soup. He said it needed sauces. So he added all the pho sauces into it, except for fish sauce. There wasn't any fish sauce on the table, that's why. 4) they sell little bottles of soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, etc. They are sitting on the wall in the little cubby sections. See photo. 5) Conclusion: I'd go here again. Even though service wasn't good, the foods were. There's plenty of other dishes to pick from to try. You just gotta be patience with the service. Delicious especially on a cold and rainy day. My hubby and I came here around 130pm on Sunday and there were a good amount of people there (always a good sign). Parking was easy and right out in front. Since we came the day after Christmas, I think they were short staffed and so we did have to wait a bit to be seated and a bit after ordering food. But it was worth it! We both ordered a large bowl of pho and finished all of it. The broth was tasty (just a little salty) and MSG-free. There was a good amount of noodles and goodies as well. I think the owner was working and was helping with serving, cleaning, and checking in on tables. There is a pretty good variety to menu and an entire vegan menu which is really cool! So. . .we've (my family and I) visited this restaurant before and we sat on the patio and it was beautiful. We had a great time and the food was awesome. We decided to visit again in an attempt to recreate the experience from our first visit. Unfortunately, this was right after the fires so their patio was shut down due to ash and everything. I was a little sad and was going to leave but we decided to stay and eat. I' so glad we did. The woman who works there remembered us from our previous visit which made me feel really good. The staff was welcoming. The food was just as amazing this time as it was the first time. My husband has declared this restaurant "his spot" so it's absolutely on our regular list. Random spot found while around the area. Was skeptical of it as I'm use to only having pho from pho restaurants closer to south sacramento restaurants. I ordered the Crazy Pho King Pho which only came in one size and it was huge! For me I'd considered it as a large. So it was only one price $15.95. Way to much of a portion for me. Its basically a combination beef pho with wontons and shrimp included. My grandma ordered the chicken pho $12.50 for a size M, but she substituted regular noodles for fresh noodle. It was $1.50 charge for this substitution. Broth on both was decent, beef flavor was more hearty. Chicken pho stock tasted a tad bit fish saucy. My opinion. They have all the condiments needed. Tried this place on a whim ordered for the fam and I, pho fresh came through for me. With great customer service and amazing food! Seriously some of the best Vietnamese food I've had in a long time. I went with the sautéed lemongrass noodles w/chicken, no shrimp hold the mushrooms and an order of the deep fried pot stickers and for the fam chicken pho, shrimp spring rolls and the colossal shrimp noodles. We loved everything! Especially was a big fan of my noodles with a delicious garlic sauce that brought it all together. We are definitely keeping this place in rotation. I have been to this restaurant several times. Today I ordered off the vegan menu. I ordered the tofu spring rolls, vegan wonton soup with vegetable, and my friend ordered tofu vegetable soup. Been here a few times! They have excellent service even when they're busy. It's got the perfect size for indoor dining with a cute outside patio. They have good selection of beers on tap and wine. We ordered the lemongrass chicken shrimp noodles and beef pho and bacon shrimp tempura. Everything was SO DAMN DELICIOUS. It came out quickly, they checked in on us and refilled waters, I was happy to see they were filling up quickly. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE and recommend the lemongrass chicken shrimp noodles, as excellent as pad thai. Hands down this has a flavor profile like no other. The fact they have an enormous menu ranging from vegan to meat, Vietnamese and sushi, blows any other Vietnamese restaurants off the charts. And the care that they take in packaging to go orders is something to mention too. So to go orders of course at the moment. You can call your order in and they have a contactless drive thru. Came here for a lunch date with someone who is Vegan and I was so excited to see the wide variety of vegan and non-vegan options on the menu as well as some gluten-free items! The restaurant is kind of unassuming from the outside, but the inside is really cute! It's very spacious and airy, with lots of windows and sunlight. The foods we ordered, and we ordered A LOT, all came out in good time and looked delicious. My favorite was probably the tofu bao sandwich and the shrimp spring rolls. The peanut sauce was good, but too chunky for my liking with whole pieces of peanut in it. I felt the veggies on all of our dishes tasted fresh and looked super appealing!
