My original visit here didn't go as planned, which saddened me. I mentioned it in my review and to my surprise, the owner Sanad reached out immediately to personally apologize to me. He not only refunded me but also invited me back so they could make things right. On my return visit, the experience did a positive flip. Per usual the staff was friendly the employee who helped me during my return visit apologized again in person, which I appreciated. Not only did I get salad, I was treated to a complimentary fresh flavored watermelon juice, refreshing but not overly sweet. They even insisted I take home some merch. It was a highlight moment of genuine hospitality and not just a quick fix. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what stood out here was how seriously they took the feedback and how far they went to make things right. I love this salad place and so do my parents which honestly is a win in itself. I also have the app for loyalty points! I love the Cali Ceezar salad and most other people like Blazing Bird and Samurai Steak. I really like how if you don't want something they'll remove it from the total cost. Of course the same is for the opposite. Makes it pretty affordable especially for the size of the salad. Parking is a little harder since it's in downtown and it depends on what time/day you go. I'm used to getting my Cali Ceezer to go from the Santa Clara location but I was pleasantly surprised to find seating, lots of seating, at the Campbell location. Your choice of indoor or outdoor and the outdoor is especially nice under trees and on a quiet back alley. My husband went for the sesame beef salad and enjoyed it. I was excited when I saw this place pop up in my Yelp search because I was planning to try the OG location and didn't get a chance. My excitement died down a bit after reaching the Campbell downtown location though. Getting parking is a pain in these downtown areas and if I am taking trouble to get parking then it's for a fancy meal. Not for a takeout style salad. After reaching the location it took a while to find the restaurant as it's situated on the backside rather than the main downtown road. I picked the make your own salad option for $15. It came with fixed number of sides, salad base, protein, toppings and a dressing option. The dressing came in a packet which was cut open for our dine in bowl. I picked chicken for my protein which was flavorful and served cold. I didn't enjoy my baked pita chips topping though as they were too brown for comfort and tasted close to burnt. All the other elements tasted fresh and I enjoyed what I got. Their food style is mostly for take out rather than dine in so I am surprised by their choice of this location. Though I liked what I ate, I prefer it for a quick takeout and the location is simply not feasible for that. read more

Delighted by the fresh ingredients and artfully prepared salads we ordered. Mine came with two dressings on the side - a miso type and balsamic that combined very well.
